I ordered a hoodie, 29/7-2023. Paid via PayPal. Got a confirmation mail of my order. The money has been drawn from my bank account.
No hoodie has arrived. And its the 29/8-2023 when im writing the review so nothing 1 month later has happened and i have written to them but nobody has replied.

When you started your business the quality has been much better. Moreover sustainability aspects are lacking. Maybe you could try to focus more on quality and longevity.
The delivery took around three weeks and it was annoying to talk to customer service, because I felt that they made it my problem, that the order got lost. Anyway, I like the idea behind this brand and appreciate your products.
Another thing that I would like to mention is, that the products when they are delivered have a certain chemical smell, that is not nice. After washing it is gone. Maybe you could try to improve that.

Really good quality
Really good quality. I was a bit skeptical at first but when I got the shirt the lettering is actually in the shirt and good quality (as opposed to being printed on where it could flake off from wear) and the shirt itself was nice and soft.

Costumer service and help
I ordered a T-shirt from them a few weeks ago but unfortunatelly they sent a wrong one. I wrote them an email contained the question can we fix this situation somehow. They were extremely nice and helpful, I could keep the wrong shirt and they sent what I originally wanted.
Quality is pretty good but if you're a guy be careful when you choose a size. Not recomended for chubby's or gymbro's.
