Bad contact service
Nobody answered my mails regarding a product I bought. Now I had to keep a shirt that doesn't fit me. An easy exchange with a bigger size was not possible, even though it was mentioned in the description.
Also the shopping took way longer than planned.

So it took a bit to get my order due to Covid-19 and such but can’t be mad about that. Everyone need to stay safe! Initially I had messaged with concerns about my order and inquired about cancellation. Customer service was kind, helpful, and quick to respond! Loving the shirts and the service!
I ordered two shirts and they arrived even faster than I thought! Had them shipped to Germany. The tracking was accurate.
Quality of the shirts is amazing, just as the compliments I got for them.
The Support Service is also so nice and kind! I misunderstood something with the tracking and they helped me out directly and explained everything, I felt so appreciated as a costumer.

I has been nearly a month and they still haven't shipped my $120 order.
Update: My order was NOT from 2 weeks ago. Ordered May 9th and the shipping label wasn't created until May 29th. On top of that, they don't take responsibility for the lack of communication about the order and it is somehow my fault for being afraid that they scammed me. They did not respond to me until I asked for a refund. $120 is a lot of money for 2 simple sweaters. The least they could have done was given better customer service.
