During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code. Rest assured all items are in stock and our dedicated Nursery & Operations teams are working tirelessly to get them to customers as soon as they can.

Plant arrived as stated but it was very dry & had wilted
Planted & hoping it will recover
Perhaps the very hot weather affected the plant during postage ?
Echinacea plants were not in great condition when they arrived. Only 1 of the 6 is still surviving and doing well. Since their arrival, 3 have now died, 2 are alive but only just but not thriving. I am very disappointed as previous orders over many years were always a success.
I have purchased various plants and all have arrived in good condition and grown on well.
The plant was pretty much dead on arrival , I’ve potted it hoping maybe it will maybe do something next year ! Shame .
Due to how the package was delivered the plants were useless. I complained, sent photos etc and within a few days had a refund. Thank you. YouGarden is an online company customers can trust.
Plant was delivered earlier than expected and in great condition. All in all a great service.
Easy ordering and the plants arrived well packaged and in good time would recommend
I ordered 3 buddleja from You Garden and I was kept informed very swiftly after purchase as to where my order's processing was up to. On delivery I was pleased to note how carefully the plants had been packaged and they were all heathy and in excellent condition.
I ordered 6 plugs. One plug was dead when it arrived and another looked very unhealthy.
Wow these are so much bigger than I thought they would be ! Amazing value !

Dubious when packed. Deteriorating during transit (5 days). Dead on delivery. Would make good props for a Monty Python sketch

I have been with this company many years. I was disappointed with the plants delivered. Only one all the other dried up.

the geraniums took along time to show much growth, only showed growth in the last 2 weeks, but appear to be doing ok now.I did not expect them to take so long to show growth.
