It took longer than I thought it would to arrive but I’m very pleased with the product. I’m ready for my trip to the Bahamas and happy that I no longer have to be worried about getting my hair wet.

The satin lined bucket hats are comfortable for locs and I get many compliments.

It came on time, but it is very tight. I wish there was a way to adjust the tightness so you can get it on first, and then secure it after it's on.

The material is stronger than regular swimming cap. I don't have to worry about my hair at all

I am in love! I got the rose gold swim turban and can't wait to wear it at the water park. I even have long thick braid and was able to fit them in the turban. I just purchased the sleep turban in champagne and will get the leopard turban soon.

1) I paid £22 extra for first-class shipping which was due to come in up to 14 days. In actuality, it took 1.5 months to reach me and I did not get to wear it to a wedding a specifically bought the item for.

2) Two items are too small and one is defective (the bun on the turban was not stitched on properly). I would this like a refund or exchange for all three. The fact that one of my orders is defective is very disappointing.

3. THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME. They have my payment and not no one is responding to my emails, instagram DM's etc. I ordered from this company because I wanted to support black business but now here I am sat on my laptop warning others on Trust Pilot not to be scammed.

The customer service is poor, and they lie so they can keep your money and they will also try and keep the product you return.

I purchased the green one, which looked like it would match my bathing suit. HOWEVER, the green I received was a ridiculous slime green color. I repackaged it and returned it according to the instructions provided, did not even try it on. To my surprise, I received an email stating You Go Natural cancelled your return for the following reason:
A message just for you:
"items has stains".

There were no stains on the item, and they did not even offer to send the item back.

Fortunately Pay Pal had my back!

It took a while for delivery and I had to reach out 2 times before I got a response. It was very generic stating my order was delivered after I got the email that my order was shipped. Once I received the wraps I was beyond satisfied. I just wish the communication had be better.
