It has been a month and I haven't received my order! They had the nerve to offer some 15% discount instead of refunding my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't think I will ever receive what I purchased! I also haven't gotten a refund. A reputable company would've refunded me by now. So at this point I guess I have to beg for my money back!!!!

Order 2+ months ago and have not received order. No response form customer service.

They take your money & don’t send the product . Customer service doesn’t answer emails either .

Ordered turban and tshirt wrap over a month ago. Still hasn’t been shipped. Customer service just keeps telling me to wait. The amount of money I spent on this just for me to be sitting around waiting is RIDICULOUS

I ordered almost a month ago and still have not received my order. I emailed customer support twice and received no update or status of where my order was. I will never be ordering from this company again.

I ordered from You Go Natural on January 15th and I still am waiting for my product. I requested a refund because now I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed. They won’t give me my money back. Scam! Scam! All these Facebook and instagram adds are ripping people off. I’m so pissed.

I have been waiting on my order for a month now. I reached out and got no response.

I order January 17 2024 $96.50 for the order and have not received anything no tracking number nothing. Today is February 12th .Buyer beware

Horrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order back in early December and by mid January I still had not received it or any communication regarding it. I reached out to the company and a customer service agent emailed me back stating they were working on my order and I'd be notified once it was sent. Come early February I still had not received any communication regarding my order so I reached out again to request a refund. After THREE emails reaching out to customer service I have still not received a response and have not received a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPAY, they will take your money and run.

I ordered a wrap from this company. I let them know that it was unused, but i no longer had the packaging. They ghosted me when I asked if they would consider the return without the packaging. Now I’m stuck with this thing.

Shipping and communication is horrible...its been over a month with no word of ETA and no date of shipping. Smh....

Don't stop run, because you will NEVER receive your order and when you ask they will ghost you. Had to dispute charges. I was super excited to receive the wraps I ordered, but apparently customer service is non existent.

I placed an order January12. Got a confirmation. I've been waiting ever since for a shipping and tracking number. None to be had. I get email after email for ordering more but no response but a generic email about taking longer because of being on shark tank almost a year ago. Then I see real reviews about bad service and communications from this company. I'm going to have to call my credit card company. Ugh. You can't trust anyone.

Terrible experience, they cancelled my order without telling me then when I chased up the order they said they’d refund me in 3-5 days and that was weeks ago now, still no refund and they’re now ignoring my messages. Don’t recommend buying from here.

I will never order from this company again, I ordered a week ago and still nothing has been shipped and I spent over $300 on my orders. Most companies the product gets to you within a week, this has not even been shipped.

Communication is bad, I sent messages regarding order status and haven't received a response 125.00 order

I placed a order in nolimber received it. December 9th had missing items reached out to the company. They told me they would send a replacement because I was missing stuff. It is now December 21st and I still do not have it. They will not even return a phone call at this point I just want a full refund. Poor customer service, good product, but poor customer service.

I've sent several emails regarding my order and no one is responding. I'm wondering if they are real. Bad customer service. This is sad because they're products (swim turban) was nice. So disappointing. It hasn't been a month. I ordered Nov 30. Ghost via email. Well others share their experience. I'm going to request a refund if I don't hear back soon.

Bad business dont expect to receive your products

I tried this place a few years back,(2021) Bought two turbans which didn’t fit properly so I attempted to return them. I sent the items back they made up some reason not to refund me and they ghosted me. $80+ they tried to take but I eventually got it back from paypal. Here’s a 2023 trying to give them another shot and now I regret it. Now they’ll take your money, tell you 3-5 days for delivery then you’ll never hear from them again unless it’s an automated promotion email. The customer service is virtually nonexistent giving no response regarding your order. I ordered in October and here it is the middle November, still nothing. I also noticed there isn’t even an option to track your order which makes it almost like they never planned on shipping it lmao. Hopefully I hear back or it randomly arrives SOMETIME THIS YEAR smh or I’ll be gunning for a refund. But for $45 and the customer service being completely long and awful I wouldn’t buy from here ever ever ever again.
