Both items were in the package that said the correct size however they were both incorrect sizes. Although £24 for the pair I just can’t be doing with the hassle of sending them back just wouldn’t order anything else . Customer Lost so get it right !!! 1 star because you couldn’t get it right and by your attitude your lucky to get that !!

Doubt I’ll ever buy from them again.
Got a few items in one of their sales. I liked the items but the sizing is smaller than anywhere else that I’ve bought clothing.
Went through the returns process and really were not helpful and after a while just stopped responding.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, don't use these cowboys.
Items recieved in wrong size and not like the pictures so requested a refund. Returned items as requested, the SAME items were returned to me without communication, now emails are ignored and they have blocked comments on their Facebook page.
DO NOT USE!

ridiculous service. Send wrong items and never intend to reply email after that once items returned. Please never buy their products again because they will intentionally send u the wrong products and make u refund it back to them hoping they will exchange or refund it to you.

Can’t reply to emails or comments on Twitter IG or Facebook ordered next day delivery Royal Mail say the sender is still preparing the items put my trust in this company to deliver as stated the next day ..I am now 5 days in out of pocket with no items terrible ignorant service looks like they can only reply to bad reviews so once again here’s another 1 star hopefully respond now 👎🏽...Never again

I can see you ordered on Friday and didn't pay for Saturday shipping so wouldn't have been there on a next day anyway, but should have been there yesterday so apologies for that.

Order #117088 issues with order sorted quickly and easily
Initial order came within a couple of days and 2 of the 3 items were spot on. I ordered some jeans in a 34L and the ones that came were a 34R, to be fair, that's an easy mistake to make so I wasn't mad.
I sent the jeans back with a little note to let them know the issue and the jeans of the correct size were sent out to me within a few days.
All clothes in the order were of a decent quality and good value for money.
Can't fault YOLC for how quickly they sent out the correct jeans and will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
