Poor communication:
There was a few T-shirts I was planning to buy, and as I was about to buy them they went out of stock, and were removed from the website. That is all fair and good, but when I attempted to contact them through multiple means (contact us section on their website, instagram, email), they just wouldn't respond despite their '72' promise that they would respond to. I am mainly writing this post so they will actually respond to me so I can find out when/if the shirts will be restocked and when I can purchase them.

Purchased a pair of trainers from YOLC over a week ago when they arrived they were not the size I ordered. I have sent 3 contact forms to ask if they could email me a returns label so I can exchange but no response to any messages. Really disappointed as I buy a lot from YOLC, I won’t be using them again if this doesn’t get resolved by end of this week!

Once I submitted this review, I was contacted within an hour to be told they had sent a new pair of trainers out and that an email had been sent but went to the junk box to arrange collection of the wrong size trainers.

Can’t comment on others experiences but, I think the clothes are decent and at a good price. Couple of people asked me wear I’ve been getting my clothes from, and I’ll be using them on the regular.
In terms of customer service, one of my orders was incorrect, sent and e-mail and DM through Instagram, replied within a couple of hours and sent the missing item with Saturday delivery, all good.

Awesome clobber at great prices. Fits great. Currently waiting for an exchange back but understand it’s busy after Xmas so may take longer. Up and coming business folks, support it!!

Returned an item in October to exchange for another size. After chasing on 4th December was told it must have got lost would resend next day. Messaged again on 13th December was told it must have got lost would resend next day. 3 messages since have been totally ignored. I had to pay to return the item! Bad customer service, at least offer a credit, you probably don't even sell the item any more.

If I could leave no stars I would, returned an item recorded delivery before Christmas and still waiting on a refund nearly 4 weeks later, I’ve been told twice it would be processed after the weekend on two occasions now and still waiting, highly unlikely I’d be ordering from them again.

I ordered a coat before Xmas for my son it was too small so sent it back by courier ( expensive to do ) but I wanted to make sure they recieved it quick so as I wud get a refund .... still waiting 3 weeks later for my money they ignore ur emails and have no phone number to ring .... I wud advise anyone not to buy from this company as they like to just scam u out of money and it’s not as if the coat was cheap it wasn’t

As my last review got a reply of ‘fake’ I can assure you it isn’t fake. Read my last reviews of companies which have been excellent to deal with. Since my last review my parcel is expected to be delivered today. 3 weeks after the order was placed .....
As I previously said about 6 emails have been ignored by YOC. Instead of replying to trust pilot about ‘fake reviews’ maybe you should reply to your emails from your customers who are given their hard earned money to your company.

This place is absolutely shambles do not order from here unless you want money and time wasted TAKE MY WORD IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!
probably don't even have your item in stock in the first place.

The Review is not fake I am a genuine customer with genuine advice this online store is not worth anybody's time a better alternative is hiscolum.com

If i could give 0 stars I honestly would.
Poor poor poor customer service! I have emailed about 10 times explaining i have not received my order and asking for a refund. They replied twice asking both times "Should we send to your work address?" Where i responded "No, I would like a refund as it is too late for the birthday gift now." I haven't heard back from them since. Absolutely poor customer service. Still waiting on a response now.

Just from my personal experience - goods came within 2 days and quality was good for price so cant complain about the service/products provided. Was hesitant after placing order and then looking at reviews by as above all went well..

Shocking customer service this company, bought two shirts months ago, quality was terrible, constantly ignored emails and blocked me on Instagram, avoid avoid avoid.

Top service and cracking clobber very happy 😊

Absolutely smashing quality with superb delivery . I have to admit they have exceeded my expectations and I have spent a fair amount on their clothes

Never had a problem with them.. very good and quick delivery too.

I’m very happy with the service and clothes in general. My only issue would be that, as a frequent user of these products, I have had the order sent wrong a handful of times and emailed this with no response back. Other than that, I am happy :)

Clothes are poor quality & customer service is not great.

Always had no bother! Comes exactly when it says it will, and clothes are exactly as they are in picture! By far my favourite clothes shop!!
