The clothing is brilliant, loved every item, can’t fault it but I purchased next day delivery (1-2 days it said) for around £5. However I received it a week after the booking. I was annoyed and emailed to complain with no response, I emailed again with no response but kept receiving the copious amounts of mailers they send which was just so annoying!

I’ve edited my review on the fact that they not only acknowledged the issue but have gone above and beyond the expected rectification. Its been proved to be an an honest mistake and therefore I’ll be sure to be making another order in
the near future.

I placed an order and was sent the wrong item. Having returned the item I am still awaiting a refund.

I placed the order again and for the second time I received the wrong item. The customer service team are now ignoring my emails.

my experience with YOLC, has been amazing, the clothing is great, the delivery times are always spot on for me. Always keeps me updated. Thank you guys for a brilliant customer service. And got all my Xmas presents ready now. Thank you :)

Sent wrong size and then they claimed they never got my returned item.. IGNORE THIS WEBSITE, they’re scammers. We’re in the process of getting them sued soon though don’t worry

Just a scam, the reviews say it all. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a refund...

Like a fool I got sucked in by a well constructed Instagram advert that portrayed Young Outlaws Club as a premium menswear brand. I only read the reviews afterwards, so when the products arrived I wasn't expecting much at all.

You'd find better at your local market. It's literally tat, bought cheap and sold high to people who fall for the marketing techniques.

The fact their listing on here hasn't been claimed, and none of these reviews have been replied to, says it all.

My own fault of course. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a long sleeve polo for around £20. It arrived with a Brave Soul label in. I googled Brave Soul and you can buy the exact top i received for around £11 on Amazon. They’re taking orders, buying cheap clothes from other company’s and putting a profit on. Laughably deceitful!

Cheater. Never order here I can only advise against all. I have never received my goods. Allegedly the goods were delivered but you don't get a delivery receipt to whom the goods were handed over. I will try it now over my lawyer. Hands off !!!!

Terrible company, wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. They somehow got my address wrong TWICE, so Royal Mail sent it back to them both times. Now I've asked them to cancel my order for a refund and they are no longer responding to my emails.

Never usually one to complain about a company, I’d rather just forget about it.

But, the customer service of this ‘outfit’ is appalling, ordered a shirt my normal size, a Large, when it came it looked 2 Size’s to big for me, so naturally I approached the company about getting an exchange for a smaller size, first through email, then again through email, then through twitter and finally through Instagram. They never responded to any of my messages, I just wanted a shirt a size smaller for my holiday!

If you are thinking of buying from this company, steer well clear, take your money and don’t want to know.

Absolute sham of a company. Part of order missing...no refund or returns available. They ignore all methods of contact.
Now pursuing legal options for undelivered goods or refund.

I purchased a shirt to take on holiday with me about 3 weeks ago. When it arrived it came with a noticeable black stain on it, so I sent it back for a refund.

3 weeks later, and I’ve still received no refund. I’ve sent messages on their website and Instagram page and I haven’t had any response. Shortly after sending the shirt back I ordered one of their necklaces for £10, and when that came as soon as I opened the package the necklace broke and fell apart in my hands.

I advise anyone looking to purchase anything from this company to avoid doing so, as the quality of their items are poor and if you need to send something back you won’t get a refund!
