DO NOT buy from this company. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Order 3 pairs of shorts but only received 2 pairs. Tried to contact them but keep getting sent to a web page which subscription has now expired. WASTE OF TIME!!!

I ordered a shirt from this company and it didn't fit so I sent it back for a refund. I bought the shirt for £20 GBP and they refunded me £17 GBP. I've sent 3 e-mails asking to refund the difference and had no response at all, yet they are actively posting on Instagram. I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing as it seems like they are scamming a lot of people.

Worst company I’ve dealt with. Sent items back for an exchange/refund which supposedly takes 14 working days to process. 20 working days and 4 emails later not 1 response and haven’t heard anything to confirm my refund, even though tracked delivery shows them signing for it. Customer service is non existent, a scam of a company

Site offered 3 for 2 deal on polo shirts but said discount would be applied on final page. Never was and ended up paying in full for items with no more mention of discount. Automatic email that followed offered no phone number so replied back saying "cancel my order immediately" - but got no response. Next day email is sent saying items out for delivery. I reply back saying "cancel order" but still no response. I then complain on their latest social media posts which got me an email reply asking for discount code but still no refund or resolution. Such a poor company that on the face of it is set up to swindle. DON'T USE.

I have ordered couple of items and never received it and claimed the refund in their portal, it does not work. Please avoid buying in this forum.

Terrible company - ordered two items which were cheap and nasty. when trying to return them the website says you have to pay for tracked and signed yourself but they then take the postage costs out of your refund! they also take £3 per item (just cos they can) and take 14 days to acknowledge receipt. they then say that if you don't receive a refund contact your bank then your credit card company then your bank again! In other words you're never going to get your money back! Total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Sent wrong sizes. Sent back and took ages for a refund but only got a partial refund. Do not use this company!!

I ordered a item of clothing, material was cheap and ill fitted. Nothing like the pictures / videos on Instagram. Sent my order back for a refund and never received my refund after 4 emails and 2 DM’s on Instagram. I’ve just been completely ignored. Absolute joke of a company and can’t see it lasting much longer if that’s how it does business.

Ordered 2 tops for £20 3 weeks ago, sent them back as the sizing was wrong. Sent them via first class signed for so I checked when they signed for it. Once they did I emailed them a few days later as I’d not heard anything, I got a generic email to say within 14 days you will get a refund. Once a week went by I emailed again, again no reply. Yesterday was the 14th day and still no refund so I went to Instagram and Commented on a photo, magically money went in my account BUT it wasn’t the right amount. I paid £20 plus p&p, then returning it i had to pay for p&p. They refunded me £14! What a joke this company is, i then commented on photos again saying I haven’t received full refund, they have now blocked me from their page on Instagram. Waste of space this company, needs shutting down! They don’t reply to any emails sent to them neither Instagram message, they have no number. Poor customer service, very poor. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

To be fair, the clothes are fine quality. You can get them cheaper elsewhere but I don't mind that. I've emailed 3 times now about an order to cancel it and they've ignored these emails. Luckily I paid on credit card so I'll just refuse delivery and dispute the transaction with the bank as I'm not waiting months for a refund like others on here have.

Seriously YOLC - You could be a great site but you need to seriously look at your customer service as the amount of bad reviews on here is frightening. I'm a returning customer but this experience has been awful.

Paid for a shirt, didn’t receive anything. No response from any email. Thiefs and absolute scum bags would not recommend

This company will be out of business soon, poor quality clothing, worse customer service hope the crooks go bankrupt

If you could rate this company less than 1*, I would. Rarely do I provide feedback on companies, but the disgusting level of customer service that they provide needs to be addressed.

I ordered three jumpers in a sale. The price I was charged was not the sale price it was the standard price of three jumpers. Without my request they refunded one of the jumpers ordered (presumably as the jumper was out of stock - having accepted and confirmed my order; that or they didn’t want to honour the sale that included three jumpers).

I tried to contact sutomer service on 4 different occasions via various methods. No response.

The subsequent joke is that they have messaged me a number of times since saying ‘we noticed you haven’t bought from us for a few weeks’. I have tried to be removed from their mailing list, but of course this hasn’t been actioned - going against GDPR regulations.

The jumpers are pretty poor quality too to cap it all off

Extremely poor service, do not use! Upon receiving my items from them, they sent the wrong sized item despite ticking to say it was correct. It then took 3 emails from myself before they even acknowledged me and sent a returns label. I returned the item and stated that I wanted the correct size sending however they completely ignored this and instead refunded me. I have since sent a further follow up email regarding this and again I have been ignored. Very very poor! Do not shop with them.

wish I could give this company less than 1 staff the service is rubbish and extremely poor I ordered one jacket from them and it came as if it was used. I then return the item to find they had refunded me less money because in their terms and conditions it says they would refund £3 if the item has no faults or if it was unwanted however I explained to them the item was not unwanted and it had fault I will be escalated this to PayPal please avoids company extremely rubbish

Item arrived and was not what was advertised and was of very poor quality. Emailed multiple times to get it sorted and no reply. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Returned order in good time and have had NO refund even though we tracked the goods back to their warehouse stated on their website. This is probably due to them being a company on the verge of going out of business as they have a nett worth of £1200 !! Check them out ( Co No 09344492 ) Total cowboys...DONT BUY FROM THEM!

This company are terrible, cowboys. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

They will pretend they haven't received your return so you are left out of pocket with nothing to show for it. And probably go on to re-sell what you returned.

Don't bother.

Ordered 4 items, 2 jumpers, 1 turtle neck and a coat for only £40. All came within 2 days of ordering and all brilliant quality. Even got a gift voucher for being a customer. If you rate it badly your stupid.
