A "Sold" board magically appears as advertising but wouldn't it have been more sensible to have one advertising the property during the whole of the for sale period.?
Now it is Sold just loads of hassle makes me think they are desperate for their fee. Hassle tends to detract from the amount of time my solicitor has to do their work and therefore needs to be limited to sensible interruptions. Hassling me to hassle my solicitor but also contacting my solicitor directly - in my view unnecessary and unprofessional.

Good morning George, Thank you for your feedback, it helps us maintain high standards. As discussed, for sale boards are usually not permitted in blocks of flats. However, seeing other agents’ boards still displayed, I believed this was allowed and installed a sold board. We are a proactive agent and typically chase progress weekly. Your buyer is aiming for a 4–6 week completion, which is quite ambitious and may not be achievable without steady progress. Currently, your solicitor has not issued any paperwork after 12 days, which may delay the buyer’s solicitor. We’re here to act in your best interests, but as per your instructions, we will liaise with you directly rather than contacting your solicitor. Purchased a home, found it difficult to get information regarding shared ownership. Incorrect information in advert, Incorrect information requested in emails. Solicitor instructed as advised by yourmove before shared ownership were aware of Sale and before any confirmation of eligibility

your Move in Doncaster were 1st rate, they put our property on the market within a few days, the photo and video Brochure that was sent to us via email really enhanced our property so much so that it sold within one week to the first clients. All the staff in the Doncaster office were really obliging, thanks to Richard for the photos he produced, Pam, Holly, Emily and Lewis.

Without the team at Chester-Le-Street I would not have been happy to sell my house. My house was out on the market within days after checking everything was OK with me. They kept me informed of every viewing and chased the viewers up to get their feedback the very next day. I had an offer in a week which i agreed on and within 10 days the house was up as 'sale agreed'.
When I had problems with solicitors forms all I had to do was walk into the office and they would always be willing to help.
I can't thank the team enough, especially JULIA, the process wouldnt have been so smooth without her help and support.
I would 100% recommend this company to help you buy, sell or rent a property
