Seven months ago I was trawling through trust pilot to help me find an estate agent to sell our leasehold flat. I am so glad I went with Your Move. The conveyancing process has been long, complicated and stressful, but staff at Your Move have ensured that we were well-informed and supported all the way through. How Kasia and Alan have remained so upbeat throughout it all, I do not understand, but we are so grateful to them and all the staff in Whitton for making the unbearable bearable. Thank you!

I had a very positive experience with Your Move in Dumfries when selling and purchasing my property. Kerra was my main point of contact throughout and was professional, supportive and kept me fully updated at every stage. The wider team were also helpful in the background, and everything was handled efficiently. Kerra is a real credit to the team, and I would happily recommend their services.

I am not sure what they have done and how they have made such a mess of things but I have not received rent for the last 3 months statements. They are holding reserve funds for payments they should not make and as far as I can guess they have paid a contractor for work that was not done.

We have just sold our house with Your Move Lanark and we are so grateful for their outstanding service, support, attention to detail, care and guidance from the very moment we started looking at houses to purchase right through to completion and beyond. Beth and Stephen went above and beyond at every point of the journey showing kindness and a genuine care for me and my family. Nothing was too much for them. We cannot recommend them enough.

I'd had such bad experiences, e.g. charged for 8 years for a service not provided; refurbishing estimates at twice the rate I got for myself because of back-handers. etc.
But with Your Move, Crewe...... Very correct with both landlords and tenants. Efficient service, perfect.

A "Sold" board magically appears as advertising but wouldn't it have been more sensible to have one advertising the property during the whole of the for sale period.?
Now it is Sold just loads of hassle makes me think they are desperate for their fee. Hassle tends to detract from the amount of time my solicitor has to do their work and therefore needs to be limited to sensible interruptions. Hassling me to hassle my solicitor but also contacting my solicitor directly - in my view unnecessary and unprofessional.
