I have had a washer dryer that has been having problems for months and the engineers didn't want to replace it but kept replacing parts, it ended up costing more than it was worth but Dylan helped me out a lot, he spoke to the engineers and whirlpool and within a week we got an offer to get it replaced, it's been an absolute pleasure talking and working with Dylan. Highly recommend as the customer service Your Brand Cover provides is excellent.

Clear and helpful communication throughout the process, and despite coming up against some battles with this claim (NOT your brand covers fault at all) im still here with 5 stars because YBC did everything for me. And made sure I was never left without things we needed. Im SO pleased I moved over from my previous supplier for the purpose of this called "Bomestic and General" who'd id been with for Years and messed me around alot.
