Been with YBC now for a couple of years and they’ve been nothing but brilliant.
Had to have them out a few times for repairs and replacements. Repairs have been done super quick and the replacements have been even quicker! A fantastic company with great customer service as well! Thanks to both Rachel and Dylan for their service

Extra charges when claiming
Intergrated appliances that get rrplaced through the cover will incur a fitting fee of £120plus.
Despite being with them for most of my appliances I still get lots of marketing calls from them to add more appliances which is annoying

The fitting fee only applies when an integrated appliance requires professional installation, which is always optional — you’re welcome to arrange fitting yourself if preferred.
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, integrated appliances aren’t covered like-for-like; we usually replace them with a freestanding model to help customers avoid additional installation costs.
That said, we always do our best to work with our customers and find solutions that suit them, as we did with you on this occasion.

5 star for these guys!!
Ive had policies in place with a previous company and thought id try this one instead last year was a bit skeptical at first as you always get scam calls here and there and i must admit i was wrong they have not diss appointed! I called earlier today to put a claim in for one of my TVs that my little one smashed by accident and literally within half an hour i had 3 options to chose from and a new one ordered to be delivered on sunday! The customer service is second to none everytime ive been on the phone the guys on the other end are always so helpful and so polite. Would highly recommend to anyone needing cover for any appliances.
