Very robust and hardwearing mats
The mats are very robust and hard wearing. In my opinion they are a must if you live in the country.
This is my fourth CR-V and all have had these rubberised mats as the first accessory.
The service has always been speedy and efficient.

The Worst Customer Experience I Have Had in a Long Time
I ordered some car mats 3 weeks ago. I keep getting emails advising me to check the progress of my order but the order is shown as waiting to be processed. I have messaged customer service five times and have left the same number of messages on their answer phone. No-one answers or returns calls. I finally was able to speak to someone on the sales team who couldn't tell me what had gone wrong. They assured me that someone from customer service would be in touch to help but this never happened.
I have now given up and rang the sales team again this afternoon in order to cancel my order. Whist they were sympathetic, I was told that only customer services can do this. I am waiting to hear back from them again. It's so annoying.
To add insult to injury I have just received an email from yourcarparts asking if I am pleased with my car mats and, if so, can I review them?
I have not dealt with such a frustrating company in many years. Please buy from elsewhere.

Excellent mats from this wonderfully dedicated and customer-friendly company. This time I bought a better quality and got them bespoke printed for my friend. She was delighted with the results and, as always, they fit like a glove! Really easy to order website with clear and simple instructions. Fast delivery too! What an excellent Christmas gift! Just take a note of the car registration and the mats are made to the exact specification of that car. Worst company ever
Worst company I have ever ever dealt with never again. Poor poor quality car mats £56 disgraceful. Still waiting for replacements since order 21st September nearly 4 weeks. Contact is absolutely hopeless only answering machine so many times I have tried still waiting for return call.
Nobody is interested worst experience I have had with a company. Have asked numerous times for my money back as you couldn’t give these seconds car mats to anyone as a present. Very very disappointed.

I ordered some rubber mats for my van 22nd Jan 2023. I received emails to say its all ordered, however, I have never received them. I have sent several messages to the company informing them of this, but have never rea single reply. There is no contact numbers, so you can't talk to them.
