Fiat 500 car mats
I have ordered car mats for fiat 500 order number YCP0222586 for 29.99
I ordered them on Wednesday 3rd April and not had a response apart from an email thanking for the order
I have emailed and called numerous times and no reply at all as to when I am receiving the mats I call the number and try the sales option no answer keeps ringing and customer service you leave a voicemail for them not to get back to you
Shocking wish I never ordered with this company
I want a refund in full so I can go and purchase elsewhere
Hopefully I get a reply on here
Why say 5 working days and don’t keep you informed
I am taking it further to get my money back

Lovely car mats, well made and delivered in specified timeframe, very pleased. We had bought some for our new car approx 18 months ago and still going strong so we bought a set for our son in laws new car and he’s chuffed to bits with them.

If you have none standard positioned mat pins, Paul can help.
My car seems to have none standard positioned pins on the floor, Paul was very helpful in making sure that the mats I ordered were a perfect fit by suggesting that I make paper templates. Great service.

High Quality Rubber mats and excellent customer service.
We have just received a set of rubber car mats for our BMW 2 Series ordered from yourcarparts.co.uk. They are by far and away the best quality ones I have found during a pretty extensive search, having returned inferior quality mats to other suppliers which were very disappointing on arrival.
There was slight glitch in the time it took for the mats to be cut (to order) and delivery. However they were well worth the wait. The other positive is that Paul and his customer services team always picked up the phone when I was checking on the delay, and were always able to give me an update and an explanation. Not only are the mats excellent but the customer service was excellent as well. I am very impressed with this company.

I ordered mats from this company after ordering previously. Well let me advise you, on this company in 2023. They are selling cheap liner than paper cheap cheap quality cars mats which can be bought from Halford for £19.99 which are still better quality. Also are now using cheap iron on stickers for requested logo's. Also spend 2 weeks saying they had dispatched them and offering no tracking number. 12 emails to get the mats to me later and refused to accept a return. As not as described or anywhere near the quality offered. Buyer beware! I give this company a -1 out of 10 !
