Just had an email requesting my opinion about my new car mats. Rather difficult as they never arrived. It’s been a nightmare process dealing with this Company, as have requested by contact form, as no one ever been available to talk on phone, as to where my mats are. I’ve been told they are being cut, then dispatched, then being cut- what service which is not made clear on the website.
Not one tracking no, despite being told I could track it all the way. The final insult was that I couldn’t cancel as the mats had been made !! That was a week ago!!
Think before using this Company.
Edit: I have now received the mats which are very good. I had to involve Citizens Advice Bureau, who were most helpful, and PayPal who were helpful also.

Ok we finally got sorted following my 2 other reviews someone did get in touch with me, my mats are on the way at last.
I have changed my review to 3 stars.

The order was placed with personalisation, the mats fit perfectly in our Vauxhall Combo vans 23 plate, initially they only send one set when two where ordered. I wouldn't normally mention an error but it was handled so well and the second set send out straight away. it important to know that business' handle issues and they have been perfect very responsive. Will defiantly be using them again. thank you very much 5 star service

This company are first class. The car mats I ordered were the wrong size but I used them anyway despite being disappointed. I wrote to customer services and to my surprise they sent another set of car mats free of charge. I am very pleased with the quality and service from this company.

The company didn't get the order right the first time - the Reg number said Fiat Ducato but its a Burstner motorhome on a fiat chassis. They worked hard to agree a template for a replacement, which included bespoke modification - now it fits perfectly.

Great mats look superb in car would highly recommend buying them had them personalised and look brilliant would definitely use again great customer service 10/10

These people are villains - they supply the incorrect pattern mats then agree to replace. Nothing happens.
They agree to send a prepaid returns label and credit my account. They don’t.
Then they send mats despite my having told them I’d purchased elsewhere.
Now they won’t credit my account.
My recommendation is AVOID these people

This is a scam. Took my money, no car mats after 2 months!!! Messaged them and phoned atleast 10 times! No reply! Do not use them, you will lose your MONEY! I did...

Placed an order for some swirl remover a week ago. So far have received at least 3 e mails inviting me to track my order. Each attempt merely shows the order has not even been processed,let alone despatched! Even tried raising a query through their online form which merely resulted in another invitation to track my order. If this is the best they can do for such a simple order then I wouldn't bother with anything more complex!

My order has neither been processed nor despatched and there has been no response to 2 enquiries submitted via the website. They are completely useless! Cancelling my order.

Unfortunately, my experience with this seller was exceptionally negative. I ordered premium rubber car mats that were advertised as available. I waited a very long time for the order to be fulfilled, and it was only after I inquired about the status that I received a response two days later. The seller then informed me that the product was out of stock and offered me a lower quality product at the same price. When I declined, they offered a mere 5% discount, which still left the price higher than the value of the substitute product.

When I refused again and requested a refund, the seller stopped responding to my messages. It seems that this store is just a scam.

Ordered car mats for Clubman Cooper S, by entering car reg in their system, which identified the car correctly, their site stated in stock, took them 5 days to process order,their site stated delivery expected 4th June. Found them today 1st June, stuffed between two bins by Evri. Evri did not knock, ring bell or leave a note, but did take a proof of delivery photo of package between bins.Upon opening package dis covered Corsa mats, but with correct order reference. So bad you couldn't make it up.

Ordered mats that turn out are not available. Slow communication from the owner and weeks later, still no alternative mats or a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Their reply was to expect me to pay extra money for replacement mats or return my ones for a refund. I ordered correct mats and they did not fit. After offering to resolve my complaint in January , I had to chase them and they have not helped. Dreadful experience - don't use these cowboys.

They said "You have to pay extra amount for full set otherwise we will return and refund "

I sent 3 further emails in the next 2 weeks asking for them to replace without charge, which they ignored until I gave them 7 days notice when they replied:

"Please advise if you have Printer . I will send you label you need to drop this to nearest drop off location of Evri .

We can not send replacement at this price i am so sorry we will be at huge loss "

They just ignore you. What a waste of money. I hope by posting here I may get some help.

It was simple to order the mats and they did arrive after a delay in January 2024.
The mats were adequate but they did not have fixing points cut and therefore do not sit flat in the vehicle.
Their customer service offered to resolve the issue if I could send photos, which I did on 1st February.
Since then I have sent at least 3 emails chasing as I would like replacement mats that properly fit.
Unfortunately they ignore all my emails as I have not even had an acknowledgment of my chasers.

I suggest you do not use this company as I am sure I am not the only one experiencing this kind of an issue.

Excellent quality

Order no MCM0143698. Entered my vrm on the website, in doing so mats were guaranteed to fit. When they arrived they had the wrong fitting and drivers mat was to big for the car. Took photos and forwarded to
Paul at customer services on 29 March. In a reply on the same date Paul advised that a new drivers mat had been ordered with the correct fittings. That was the last I heard from them, despite since leaving 4 voice messages on the customer service answer phone in an attempt to get an update. I have given them a week to respond otherwise I will take legal action via my home insurance. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Ordered “Premium” mats on 24th March and had to wait over 3 weeks for delivery, even though they state 5 days on their website. They turned up anyway so no big deal, but the reason for 2 stars is down to their use of the word “Premium”. The quality is shocking, they are paper thin and made of substandard materials, with very poor stitching. I paid over £40 for these and I’m horrified, wish I hadn’t bothered ordering from them. If anyone asks where I got them I’m going to tell them the pound shop bargain bin, and I bet they believe me!
