Excellent service and very good value for money, they even emailed me a template of the single large mat I needed for my Ford transit Motorhome, so I could check the dimensions before it was dispatched. Would highly recommend yourcarparts and will use them again in the future.

I ordered mats for our new electric Ford Explorer ( a new model). When they arrived there was an issue in that the holes for fixing the drivers mat were in the wrong place. I advised yourcarparts and they quickly investigated and have provided replacement mats which fit perfectly. Thank you. Very good customer care and service! Very pleased.

Car mats were prepared from a paper template which they went out of their way to suggest I take from the car. They are a great fit and a perfect solution - and whilst not the most expensive option they add a a touch of finesse and class to a lovely old car. Thank You.

Ordered mats for my new car after submitting my reg and it auto populated the make and model. Chose the colour and trim. Perfect or so I thought. After many emails I got a response saying they don’t have a template for the model and can I wait, then another saying they don’t have the colour. I said to cancel the order as they should not take orders when they know they can’t make them. Doubt I will get a refund either. Have raised a complaint

That mats are fine. The original order was apparently lost by the courier company so had to be replaced. This was done but there were delays in getting responses from customer service e mail and phone number. However once Varshita was involved it was sorted very quickly - Thank you.
