I needed mats for my new MG ZS EV
I needed mats for my new MG ZS EV. The car did not come with mats and there were none that I could order on the MG website. The yourcarparts.co.uk website was easy to navigate and identified my car correctly from the number plate, giving me several options at different price and quality. I ordered the premium option. They came in about week and look smart. They don't have the MG logo of course but otherwise they look and fit like original mats would. I did have a minor issue with the holes in the fittings that connect to the toggles on the floor of the car not being lined up correctly. I tried to rotate them by hand and I could not move them - I thought they were glued in place. I emailed the help desk about it and Paul Evans replied in a couple of hours saying that I could rotate them with a large screwdriver. I tried that and it worked perfectly, I just had not applied enough force before. They now connect properly with the floor toggles. I'm very pleased

A late Delivery when i paid for express delivery. This is from the Manage my order section of the website, ordered 6th May, order processed 9th May expected delivery date 14th May. I am a patient type and waited until the 17th (3 days after delivery due) I sent an email as directed to on the website, explaining that I had paid extra (£5.99) for express delivery and yet nothing had arrived.
The templated emails i received do not do your final product justice, the communication is automated, and dated. The information received incorrect.
My initial review was 1 Star and if the product had not arrived so soon after my review then it could have been different.
The product is first class and worthy of the cost and i believe now you are a trustworthy company, however, you need to improve communications with customers and keep your processing times accurate on the website.
As a business owner myself i know customers prefer to have honest information reference delivery than be kept in the dark.
You have a first class product, make your service first class and the world is your oyster.
For those who bother to read this review, i would have given 5 stars even with the delay if communication had been better.

Exceptional service and Mats
I was in need of getting new mats for my car and came across MrCarMats. Well I honestly couldn't be happier. After looking for what suited me best and a failed ordering process I got a lovely call from Paul. Well it must have been fate because I ended up changing from fabric mats to rubber mats with his assistance (much better when you have kids that make plenty of mess, completely my choice also without any pressure) and even got some reduced shipping too. Paul was so mannerful, polite and helpful throughout the ordering process and even emailed me once the order was placed to request I received all the information I needed and asked to let him know when the mats arrived so they fitted as they should. From the day of ordering until delivery it was under 3 weeks, which for Orkney is brilliant.
So all in all, 10/10 5star service!

Better than original mats
These car mats were a perfect fit including the snap on points under the driver’s feet. Higher quality than the originals with better edging trim and I chose charcoal rather than original black. Excellent value.
