Not the right clothes
Not the right clothes
I ordered a Anarkali but received a salwar kameez and a cheaper one than what I paid for. I paid $80 & received clothes worth $44. I didn't receive any payment receipt as well.
When I text them they told that after doing enquiries, they have sent the product that was ordered by me. They have really put me down.
I was really patient as it was the lockdown period but......
I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM.

We checked the details and we agree that we had conversations during and after the lockdown time. Right after the lockdown we had got the details checked at our end but the picture of the suit we received was not even uploaded on our website at that time!
A product which is not even available on the website could not be sent and the records also confirmed that the dress was sent as per the order only. Still to get it investigated further, we requested to send us a picture of the packing slip i.e. a paper / order list which is kept with every order and it can be a useful document as evidence of records if something goes wrong, but unfortunately did not get it from our side.
We agree that you waited for the lockdown to be over and we really appreciate your patience but some documentation was really needed to investigate the matter further.
We duly apologize if that caused any disappointment but we always responded promptly and we can assure that we tried to provide best support possible even though that product was not on our website at that time.

Beautiful products and great service!
I have ordered twice from YourDesignerWear, one small order and one big one. Both experiences were great for the price paid. All items looked beautiful just as in the pictures. A slight color variation is possible at times. The stitching of all salwar suits was good. And the stitching of the patiala pant from the patiala suit was awesome!

Yourdesignerwear is awesome. The day I tried to order my products, their website was in maintenance. When I contacted them through social media, they immediately replied back to me and helped me to find the exact products I needed and took my order. I was rushing since my wedding was in a couple of weeks. They understood my situation and sent the products asap and they were delivered on time. I had to do a lot of online shopping for my wedding during this pandemic, and I can assure you yourdesignerwear had the best customer service. Horrible Customer Care.
I am giving them one star because they made me wait 6 months for my clothes and they would not tell me what is going. They asked if I wanted to replace so I gave them another order with the prices a little high and they said they can work out a compensation for making me wait half a year and putting me through so much trouble but they ended up not compensating me for it. They only gave me a 5% discount which was like only $3 off of my purchase. Later I asked for a refund and and it has been more than 2 weeks and they keep going in circle instead of telling me straight up when I am going to receive my refund. And then, they are not refunding me the full amount for the shipping cost and instead trying to argue with me about it. The customer service is horrible and they do not care about the customers at all. They have put me through so much trouble, forget compensating me for it, they are trying to trick me into giving me less money than I spent as a refund. Never shipping from this website again, they have no sense of professionally.

We honored your request of the extra discount and the 5% was the additional discount on top of the 20% Sale Discount. The amount actually depends on the order value too and we appreciate your understanding regarding the same.
We never denied to issue a refund but the shipping amount you were asking for was more than the applicable amount, so it took time as we had to wait until you understand the details.
We also tried to call you and asked you in email to let us know a convenient time, but we did not get the details. Thus, the entire conversation was through emails only which took time.
Also, we responded to every emails very promptly and the refund has been issued as well, but still, if you found the customer support unprofessional then we duly apologize for that.

8 silk sarees
Purchased 8 silk sarees - product is great, just as colourful as pictures and quality as expected. Had a few glitches with website, but they sorted that out and sarees arrive in good time. Very good people to deal with. Their prices was better than other Indian sites and service was first rate.
