I was very unsure about purchasing the Wireless Phone Jack Kit as I had read negative reviews and reviews suggesting the product did not work on Amazon and other sites. I called and spoke to Paul who explained to me what the kit did and didn't do. i.e. For SKY boxes to connect to a phone line (as part of the contract requirements) and for Box Office movies. He gave me full run through of the equipment and set-up. I ordered immediately - the products were with me quickly and were installed in less than 5 minutes. Worked as described.

I ordered the Phone Jack kit + additional Slave for my two sky boxes (new multiroom box prompted this - I had neither close to a hard wired phone socket)

Ordered a wireless telephone jack system for use with sky multi room . Produced was not in stock when placed order but it was sent out as soon as it arrived back in stock .Received a courteous email apologising for the delay. Good product and good service

I ordered a wireless phone jack for my Sky HD box in the afternoon. This was guaranteed to work with all Sky boxes. It arrived the following morning via Recorded Delivery. Now that's what I call Service! Highly recommended.

It is a bit hard to speak to a friend, when I have emailed several times to inquire why my order has not been sent.
We cannot view TV without the goods I have ordered over one week ago.

The website was easy to use, ordering simple, arrived faster than anticipated. I phoned a couple of times, once for advice as to which product would best and then to confirm how to check I'd connected it correctly. Spoke to Paul who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Nothing was too much trouble, I will definitely use Your Digital Home company again, I have already recommended them to several friends.

Bought the wireless telephone units for my sky hd boxes. Worked as described and got support and advice prior to purchase.

Found website easy and informative. Ordering was easy, immmediate acknowledgement of order by email and then of processing and dispatch with tracking available. Arrived earlier than promised, well packed and was exactly what I ordered, wanted and was promised. Cant fault them and would use again.

I received my item on a Tuesday after ordering it on line on Sunday which was excellent service. The item itself was well described which made it easy to order. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm and would use them again

Bought the product to connect an additional SKY+ HD box. Everything worked OK for several days, then phone would not work either for incoming or outgoing calls. Problem appears cured by fitting a second ADSL filter, (the first being used for the SKY router) and connecting Base unit to the ADSL socket. This latter requirement is not made clear in the documentation, hence only four stars.

I SPOKE TO PAUL WHO ADVISED ME ON WHAT TO ORDER AND EVEN SENT ME ANOTHER WIRELESS JACK AS I HAD ORIGINALLY ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM. HE THEN SAID TO PHONE HIM WHEN I WAS READY AND HE WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE SET UP PROCESS WITH ME AS I GOT THE WIRELESS PHONE JACKS TO WORK. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SO GOOD TO SEE THAT IT IS STILL AROUND. WOULD RECOMMEND MOST HIGHLY.

I wasn't sure of the exact components required for a job so I though I would speak to yourdigitalhome on the phone. I spoke to a very knowledgeable guy called Paul who expertly guided me through various options allowing me to choose the product I required.

The on-line shopping experience was simple with email notices keeping me informed of the status of my order which arrived promptly and on time.

Ordered a twin box set. But when came to sending it, they only found one in the box. Rang me straight away, apologised, explained the situation, and offered me a full refund, or alternative options. As I only needed one, they sent the one and refunded me the difference.
Met the issue head on, and contacted me straight away by phone, dealt with it professionally and I even got it delivered the next day.

Easy to order, kept informed of delivery, arrived on time and in excellent condition.

i contacted this company to see if they had a discontinued 85mbs 3 port home plug, i got a quick reply from Paul to say they still had 2 in stock and the information on what to order.
the plug was delivered the next morning as promised, unfortunately (as can happen) it failed to work. i emailed them with the sad news and had an immediate reply by phone (which i thought was so much better then email as you can talk about the problem) from Paul who was most apologetic and helpful and told me not to worry he would test and send the last one they had in stock. true to his word the new one swiftly arrived and I'm glad to say is working well. Paul also followed up with an email to confirm if all was well.
with so many tales about the internet i find it so refreshing that there are some good and helpful companies out there that are willing to go that little bit further and i will certainly go to this company again. thank you Paul and your digital home.co.uk

SHEP54, BOUGHT JACK &SLAVE. I WAS QUITE WORRIED, BECAUSE, TO BE HONEST, I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS ORDERING. SKY TOLD ME ABOUT THESE JACKS, BECAUSE I WANTED MULTI ROOM, IN TWO BEDROOMS, AND THEY SAID IT WOULD COST A FORTUNE FOR B.T. TO PUT IN PHONE SOCKETS. THE SKY ENGINEER CAME TODAY. NO PROBLEM AT ALL. NOW WE HAVE SKY IN TWO BEDROOMS, AND FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST. THEY REALLY DO WORK, AND IT WAS SO EASY. THANKYOU VERY MUCH DIGITAL HOME.

Emails ignored, items arrived in a week, only after 3 phone calls. Will not use again

I needed telephone line connection to my fax and a multiroom additional sky tv tuner box in different rooms and in different level of the house, far away from main telephone socket, making wired connection difficult without making holes through different walls of the house. I placed an order with 'Your Digital Home' for 1 x Wireless Phone Jack Kit - (1 x Master & 1 x slave) (RTX3066) and 1 x Extension Unit for the Wireless PHONEJack (RTX3068). I received the goods earlier than I expected and the products were nicely packed with all the necessary accessories. The combined master and slave unit worked immediately after plugging. I could not install and acivate the second additional extension unit. I contacted 'Your Digital Home' and the help was available immediately. I followed the installation instruction as given to me whilst I was still on the phone and like a magic the additional unit got activated. I connected one slave unit to an additional Sky+HD box and the other to my multifunction printer fax. Both the instruments are now connected wirelessly to the telephone line and they both are working fine. This did not interfere with the broad band connection or cordless phones connected to the same telephone line. Thanks to 'Your Digital Home' team.
