After reading so many good reviews about the phone jack and fast delivery I decided to get one to avoid all the wires around the house. After a week still not received it and no communications either.
Very disappointed as it is not fast delivery as promissed.

Good presale support and fast delivery. Issues with delivery, as confirmation had incorrect address, so was worried product would go to wrong address. This was resolved, with good communication from them, and would definitely consider using them as a supplier again.

Helpful pre-purchase information, including telephone call. Prompt delivery. The pair of products ordered were correct and also were set-up to work together. However, delivery note inside packaging was for the wrong order.

I ordered a set of Solwise homeplugs including a wireless N extender. Everything I ordered was delivered in less than 24 hours.

I ordered the item on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday morning. I got an e-mail to say the order was being processed, then shipped and then one for tracking the delivery. Fantastic service.

So far, sovery good. The Sky engineer comes tomorrow. Fingers crossed that all is OK.

I purchased a wireless phone jack as I do not want a sea of cables around door frames and skirting boards leading to my Sky Plus box. This is a perfect solution and was so straightforward to install my Grandmother could have done it! I have just called to order a slave jack and received excellent advice on how to silply link the additional jack to my exsisting arrangement. Thumbs up to this product and to the customer service too.

I rang up not sure what I needed to extend my wireless output in the home and I got excellent service and it was all explained to me what I needed. Also I am receiving help to install my purchase, you could not ask for better service. An absolutely marvellous company and I will be singing their praises to one and all.
