Very good delivery fast and effective can't fault them on that however issuing refunds should be easier than it currently is but overall I'm satisfied.

Edit: This has now been resolved with a full refund and apology...thank you all concerned.

The item (apple watch strap) that was sent to me was nothing like the item I ordered and looks NOTHING like the photos in the ads. Emailed their customer services and after several days I received a very short reply telling me that I had received the correct item but to send it back should I wish to but with no offer to cover postage costs!

I placed my first order with this company on Thursday last week and I still haven’t received my item. I have emailed them and they are so slow at responding. I received one email asking me to confirm my address even though I sent them the order number which I thought would be enough for them to bring up my details?? I will not be using this company again and will be asking for a refund if I do not recieve my item in the next day or so.

UPDATE: I just received my order after an entire week finally.......Still have had no response from the store after all I did email them 2 days ago! Need to work on communicating with their customers when they ask for help in locating their orders.

FURTHER UPDATE - Your Gadget got in touch with me and wanted to make things right so as a gesture of goodwill they went ahead and fully refunded me for my order which was delayed. The gesture is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Speedy delivery but wrong case sent. Unfortunately not like photos.Customer service issued a full refund.

Ordered a phone case. Arrived very quickly but absolutely nothing like the case in the picture. I was subsequently contacted by the seller who apologised, provided a full refund and allowed me to keep the item. Disappointed I didn't get the item I wanted but can't fault the service provided.

Good service item arrived quickly given the current climate, ordered Thursday morning arrived Monday. Good quality not super quality, the screw holes are a little out of alignment but will fix in, but they're cheap so good value. No more hair bobble fix :-)
A note on confirmation emails, mine came but landed in my junk folder.

Ordered with a 24 hour delivery 2 weeks ago and have still not received order. Emailed 3 times but no reply. No telephone number available to ring.

I would prefer there to be a cut out where the buttons are as the pixel 4 design has stylised the buttons which are now hidden. May not be possible in the silicone so just a thought really. Otherwise fab!
