Great service, really helpful, just a shame that the Sony recommended remote did not work for the TV, so returned for refund.

Had to phone up to chase fulfillment of order after 1 week with no updates but they got back to me same day and the goods arrived the following day.
But resent links didn't work?

I ordered a genuine replacement battery for my mobile. The product is great, and a genuine battery. The only reason for the missing star is the fact it took a month to arrive, and calls to them are at a charged number rather than a normal landline rate.

The telephone conversation with the IT expert was professional and informative as well as being realistic about delivery dates which turned out to be correct. All in all a positive experience.

The items were reasonably priced and of expected quality but the postage cost were exorbitant for a tiny envelope. I would have expected the postage to be free & not amount to a third of the purchase.

Very helpful company, answered all my novice questions and now my tv works again!

Tried to find an exotic item for a Canon Lens. With help from Your IT Delivered they confirmed a price (less than expected as others had indicated at least twice that was asked for). Also delivery time was important - spoke to sales staff and a maximum date was given for the delivery, this was met with ease coming at least 2 weeks early - excellent to work with.

Delivery service was spot on. Arrived in quick time, products in perfect condition. I dropped a star for not receiving a reply to a question I was hoping would be addressed.
