The expertise was evident, and they helped me problem solve a tech and equipment problem I had been struggling with for ages. Fortunately they had just the right cable for the job too.
It arrived in the post the next day, even whilst there are postal strikes currently!

3 weeks without parcel or contact. I called and it appeared no one was sure about the order... I asked for a partial refund. No one acknowledged this and then the item appeared...

Quick delivery. Did the job. No screws or bolts provided, but I happened to have some that fitted. Sorted and fitted within 10 minutes. Maybe a touch expensive, but worth it for a quality TV.

My item which was an A4 Foolscap Lever Arch File came in a cardboard Ebay box, however when I opened it there was nothing covering the file to protect it from any damage that could have been caused to the box so I think you need to consider this.

Called the company, found what I needed immediately and ordered with no issues. Slight delay in delivery as product was coming straight from manufacturer but Your IT Delivered chased them up and gave me constant updates

I needed an adapter to connect my new laptop to an old display monitor. Spencer was very helpful in sorting it out. The first item I ordered didn't do the job so he ordered another one in case the previous item was faulty and additionally a different item in case the problem was a compatibility one. He sent the items with a return label so I could return any of the items that wasn't working. Such a thoughtful service! I'll definitely be using them again.
