They are very good, I had bought from them a PS4 CD & it arrived on time shortly after ordering. Afterwards, I wanted to return it as I was also returning the PS4 device to the other online store where I bought it from & won’t be needing the unused CD anymore. IT delivered quickly accepted the return request for full refund & when shipping the parcels for return, their happened a mix up & they received the ps4 device instead of the CD, I messaged them (Spencer) who was very helpful & very understanding & reassuring, he took from his time & looked into it & confirmed receiving my PS device in their warehouse & actually shipped it on my behalf to the correct address! This was very kind & faith restoring in humanity actually after I have given up that the ps device must have gotten lost. I’m very thankful for them, they are very good & I would highly recommend dealing with them.

I called to buy something but it was no longer in stock. Company took my details and contacted me as soon as they had more in. Genuinely seemed to remember me and cared about my order.

Ordered a replacement case for a set of Sony Headphones and although was not in stock at the time, I signed up for weekly reminders which came without fail. When back in stock I got an email advising a set had been reserved for me which I ordered.

Delivery was quick with updates during the delivery process. Cannot fault the service - very professional!

Don’t waste your time
I ordered a printer which said on the website it would be delivered in 5-7 working days
After 10 days it still didn’t arrived, I spoke to a woman on the phone who wasn’t helpful at all, I was told I’d have to wait as they don’t know, I said I’d wait over the weekend if it wasn’t I’m Monday i would cancel
I called Monday, guess what?….it wasn’t in and couldn’t give me a date. I got my money back, Amazon pay so it came back very fast….and called a company called barcode wharehouse… it was dispatched in less than 6 hours… call them instead
