Didn't have what I wanted in stock, ordered it from Sony, let me know when it arrived by email and then I ordered and paid for it, delivered next day. Wonderful service, helpful staff.

Great company in my experience. In a world full of companies ran by computers with no human in sight to help or show accountability its always a nice surprise when you deal with a good company like these guys. I got my replacement lenovo battery on time and and nice gentlemen helped me on the phone before purchasing to answer my concerns.

Were able to source the very difficult to find Sony made item. Typed in the part number, came up straight away, ordered it. Got in the post 4-5 days later. Great service.

There was a delay in getting my part (which was way beyond YITD control) but when it did arrive it was very carefully wrapped and beyond expectations. I will certainly be using this supplier again.
