I ordered a personalized jersey for my son on the 27th November for Christmas as his main gift it said delivery was between the 3rd - 17th Dec.
17th came received nothing so I emailed them and get told that it was being express posted the next day ( 18th december) and I would get a tracking number from Australia post its now the 19th I have received nothing and I'm only 30 mins from where it's being sent from on the gold coast... I have emailed 3 more times with NO REPLY... I ring Australia post they told me if I haven't received a tracking number it means they have not posted it!!I This jersey cost me $166

When I purchased 4x personalised children's NRL jumpsuits and dresses the delivery time stated between 29th December and 13th December. I needed to have them by Sunday 16th December for our family Christmas. I purchased the items on 22/11/2018. I then emailed them on the 29/11 to check on production and when they would send the items.... When they responded they said they would send them out during the 29/11 - 13/12 time frame. I told them that's when the items should be delivered and if I wasn't going to receive them be 14/12 then they needed to cancel my order. They said they flagged my order as asap. I contacted them many times after this and offered more money so they could express post my items, I spent $322 on these items and I needed to make sure I had them by the selected time frame stated on my order. Even after I expressed my desperation and the fact I had no money to buy more presents, so if they can't deliver during the time frame I need a refund and cancellation, they tell me they express post everything at this time of year and my items were sent out on 11/12/2018. I received a delivery SMS from Auspost today (17/12/2018) telling me they were delivering my items today and the Your Jersey company sent my items via regular post but because of poor packaging my items were damaged! You guys are liars! Keep away from these liars, go to rebel sport or somewhere more mainstream. At least mainstream places have their company together.

I have an email telling me I will get my order in early December this was a lie. I'm going to contact the bank to get my money back as well as make a report to ACCC in regards to their business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Placed an order with guaranteed christmas delivery only to be sent an order confirmation that the items aren't in stock and they'll contact me. They didn't.
I have since had no replies to my emails or facebooks messages and this morning i see they have deleted their Facebook page (or blocked me).
Their phone is only a message bank too..
$140 gone and now I have to re-shop for two people for Christmas.
In response to Your Jerseys reply here.. i have responded to your emails 3 times and called you but no responses. I've asked you for a refund since your customer service is so poor and you can't get my items to me on time but you have failed to refund.

I've again responded AND included screenshots of all of my emails with you. If you have shipped an item to me where is the notification to me though... i have none!!
Also, i have used both your "support" emails and the "info" one.....

The item they said was already shipped was not at all. It was only shipped THIS AFTERNOON. So tired of all the lies.

I ordered a jersey for father’s day
I ordered a jersey for father’s day and received it late and wrinkled. The number I paid extra for on the back has been put on wrinkled and is absolutely poorly done. The jersey was the fishing shirt kind and is a thin crappy meterial and I wouldn’t even pay $5 for. This company is a writ off and is willing to send out poor quality products. Strongly recommend going elsewhere. I ordered it over a month out from father’s day and still received it late. Very disappointed
Liverpool Shirt for a surprise 80th
I ordered a Liverpool shirt for my grandad for his 80th Birthday. I only discovered the site 10 days before and wanted to get his name and number 80 on the back.
I knew it was a big ask but explained the situation and they got it to me 2 days before the party. All the staff went above and beyond and were extremely helpful and got back to me, every time I emailed them.
My Grandad was so happy with his shirt and put it on and the party and kept it on al night!
I would highly recommend Your Jersey to anyone!

Placed an order 6weeks before Christmas. Says it would take up to 4 weeks. 4 weeks came and went. Got in touch with them and kept getting the same response that due to an overwhelming response they were going to get the orders filled posted express post by Christmas. Still no change to the tracking site for my order so contacted them again. Of course same response but was told it would be poster the Thursday or Friday the week before Christmas. Thursday and Friday came and went - still no notification. Contacted them again said they were getting sent the Monday. On Monday still didn’t get a tracking number. Contacted them again. Finally was given a tracking number and was delivered the Wednesday on the lead up to Christmas.
Extremely poor customer service and sales. I felt if I didn’t keep contacting them my father would have been without his present on Christmas.

This company disables reviews everywhere they can for some reason so needed to create them here as I really hate being ripped off.
I ordered 2 Jerseys from this company, asked a question via FB and they replied, so felt ok about the company and made the order. The first came though no problem. After a month the second one still had not arrived.I checked with them and they indicated it was delivered, shows they did not even click on the track and trace link they sent me as I clicked it, it showed it was not delivered and I sent them a screen shot.
They then told me to find out with Australia Post whats going on... (Polite way of telling me to sort it out for myself). After a morning of doing this, I found out in the end the Jersey was at the wrong location, and as they did not do the papers right, I had to pay $90 to get it released..
As the Jersey already cost $120 plus delivery, I was not going to pay another $90 for it. Messages to them about this were never responded to, seems like they are great at pre sales but once anything goes wrong they bail at you.
I paid quite a bit of money for something I never got, not right and not how a company should conduct themselves. I have all correspondance and background information on this if anyone wishes to ask me for it. I just think when a comany rips you off whether on purpose or due to incompetance, they should not just get away with it and own up to their own definciencies, which this company has not done.
No wonder they try to avoid having reviews done on them.
