Bitterly disappointed
Bitterly disappointed. Ordered some products, and from the start there were signs that things would not go well. The invoice sent to me was incorrect, I chased it to correct. I paid within a day of the correct invoice being sent...then nothing for a week and a half. I assumed my order was being processed. I called to chase it up a week and a half later, to be told that my order was still awaiting sign off. I made it clear at the outset that I had a deadline for the products. I was then told they could rush it through but I'd have to double my order and pay more. Apparently this business cannot cope with an order if someone is on annual leave. I had no choice but to accept their offer of a refund, though am now left empty handed.
