Despite only giving 4 stars, I would still fully recommend Your Products Branded.
We ordered some mugs, mint cards and Pens with a USB function from YPB for an event we held in September 2017. This was our first venture into buying marketing goods. The person we dealt with at YPB was Louis. He was really good at communication and advice on various options for our needs and also during the designing phase.
We received our designer mugs (a few were broken or the design had run) and mint cards in time for our event {just}. Unfortunately however, we did not receive our pens on time. This was disappointing because they were to be used only specifically during the event. However, Louis and YPB made up for this by giving us an extremely good deal on some lanyards that we needed later on.
So we would still definitely use YPB again and the help from Louis. Also we would recommend them to others on the look out for marketing goods. In future we will probably ensure ordering our goods a little bit earlier (4+ weeks) to ensure we have everything on time and avoid any disappointment.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but I feel like I have been left with no choice and strongly believe it would be wrong for me not to share my awful experience with this supplier. We re-ordered the same adult branded sunglasses that we had ordered from them last year, expecting to receive the same product or one of equivalent characteristics and quality. Instead we received child sized sunglasses with only 1 logo (we had 2 logos on the previous sunglasses). The product was of very bad quality and the legs were 2 cm shorter than the old product, which means we are unable to use them as promo items for adults. I complained to the account manager who not only didn't believe me but then asked me to send a sample to the supplier, of course the supplier told him the sunglasses were perfect and proceeded to send me a selfie of 2 employees in the supplier office wearing the sunglasses claiming they fit perfectly. YPB has refused to supply us with a replacement and has not offered a compensation/discount/or refund. I have never in all my years as an event manager ordering promo items received such poor customer service and never have I seen such a bad quality branded product. Needless to say we will never order any products from them again and I have also let other colleagues in the industry know how this company has happily taken our money for a sub-standard product that doesn't meet any of our requirements.

I recently ordered some items through Lee and found him to be really helpful across all areas; whether it was branding of the items, size of the order, cost and delivery (which needed to be swift!) or just working through processes Lee always communicated with me quickly and professionally with a high degree of knowledge and understanding. I would definitely use these guys again if I needed anything

We would always recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the near future. After speaking with several companies and getting passed from person to person, I was lucky enough to speak with Louis at Your Products Branded which not only saved me loads of time thanks to his product knowledge, but he dealt with every part of my order from my initial enquiry right through to the smooth and rapid delivery of our items. Very professional company who obviously pride themselves on great customer service and delivering on their promises!

I commend the service, especially to the account manager, Louis. He was very quick to respond to my requests and I managed to order and pay for everything in just the space of a couple of hours! It was delivered to me in just two days. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

Lee at Your products Branded was absolutely amazing in providing us with a first class very last min request! He called us to make sure we had received the goods and nothing was too much trouble! I have added him to our list of suppliers due to his brilliant service.

Danny was efficient and a great help at sorting matters. Quick delivery, quality of the items were great. We have already ordered our second set of personalised items.

I contacted YPB with a very difficult request - 250 personalised RFID card holders to be delivered urgently! The other companies I had contacted couldn't even negotiate a delivery for when I needed them but Lee Stapleford (Sales Manager) dealt with my request and saw it through from start to end. He even organised to get the merchandise shipped to a hotel in Paris to ensure I had the items for a conference I was sponsoring.
Excellent customer service, product seems to be of a great quality and as described. We will definitely be using YPB again.

I found the team at YPB really helpful, flexible and efficient. The bespoke folios we ordered were great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

LOUIS IS A GOD!

He always manages to get my products delivered in time without compromising the quality.

We ordered 100 stadium cushions for our cricket society members at a cost of £578. Unfortunately what came were more akin to mouse mats. The foam 'cushion' was approx 8mm thick! Not fit for purpose. There were no dimensions on the original website product nor on our quotation but surely a stadium cushion, is a stadium cushion - not a mouse mat? Other stadium cushions measure approx 1" or more. The agent dealing with our original quote left on or around the time of our order and apparently there were other issues he had left behind.
The company's response is that they have supplied what we ordered. As we didn't ask for any sizes they will not accept any responsibility whatsoever even though they felt the need to check what had been supplied with their supplier before taking a hostile stance about it. Sadly we had to pay upfront on proforma invoice so Trading Standards is our only hope of getting any recompense for their substandard product.
