Helpful friendly staff and speedy service .Staff chased up delivery date as I had not taken into account the weekend and counted those days as working days when ordering and my decorator was due to start .But thanks to them taking charge the items were there for the job to begin .Items were well packaged and as described .I was

Product great, carriage/delivery bad
Product great. Customer service v friendly. Delivery bad: order didn’t arrive, I had to chase and found out it had gone back unnoticed. It then arrived next day: internal and external packaging damaged and both ripped (including internal plastic!), but fortunately product survived intact!

Excellent service. Curtains arrived and they are beautiful. Customer service really helpful and helped me select the correct pole to fit my curtains. Would definitely recommend. There was even a little fabric stocking in with my order. I was also kept updated when my order had been dispatched.
