We bought 3 rolls of Laura Ashley wallpaper at a good price and then needed a fourth . Fortunately they still had the same batch no. Both deliveries were very quick and seemed to come in no time at all . 👍

Really really happy with my transaction with Your Stylish Home. I have always been blessed with my mum making my curtains however I now don't have that option so was very hesitant in placing an online order. The website was easy to navigate around, I already knew what i wanted to buy, however the drop down options made it easy to narrow down the choices eg, which type of pleating, long or short curtains etc. Being able to see how your curtains would look with each option was excellent.
My order was delivered just before 4 weeks had elapsed.
There was a bit of trepidation when I opened the box however they are beautiful. Really well made and packaged, enabling me to hang them straight away
I have taken photos and forwarded them on to friends as I am so happy 😊

I have ordered ready made curtains and blinds from this company several times and they never disappoint! The website makes it so easy to place the order and if you have a query, the phone or email service they provide is prompt and efficient. Since moving to Australia I still order my window furnishings from here and have them sent to my relatives, who then forward them on to me. I just wish that they delivered internationally!

Your Stylish Home website was straightforward to use and helpful regarding fabric requirements. I also received a phone call to check I was certain about the length of fabric needed to include FR treatment- which is reassuring when spending so much.
My chosen fabric arrived in good time and was well packaged. Your Stylish home kept me informed about when delayed samples were expected. All in all: a reliable, friendly, informative and uncomplicated service.

Just excellent exactly what I ordered and the quality that i hoped for

I ordered 7 rolls of william morris blackthorn wallpaper in green.
When they arrived the pattern didn't look tbe same as a sample I had. The roll being g so tight and the label so large there was very little of the wallpaper itself visible. I opened the packaging of 1 roll and discovered that although it was the right pattern, it was the wrong shade of green.
I got in touch about returning the 7 unused rolls but was informed I could only return 6 as 1 had been opened which considering the circumstances, seems a bit unfair.
I asked if I could do a return and pay the difference but this didn't seem an option. For the 7 replacement rolls I also lost my 10% off so I have had to create a whole new account to order the 7 replacement rolls with the 10% discount.
All very dissapointing.

Excellent telephone manner and brilliant customer service

We ordered a Fakro blind and recieved one with a different size code, which didnt fit our window. When I called, it was confirmed that the blind we had received would not fit our window. We asked for the correct size code to be sent, and politely requested a different colour as the one we received didn't look like the same as it did on my phone.
After a few days, I called back and was instead told that the size code (dispite not being the one we ordered) was fine for our window. I could return the blind if I wasn't happy with the colour, buy it would be at my own expense.
Your stylish home should have acknowledged that I did not receive the item that I ordered and should have arrange for the return at their expense.
I will not use this company again.

The material arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the company and would recommend.

Delivery not on time. Dealt with by Holly and one other. They did not phone back when promised. Goods dispatched to Tuffnells on 8th April and still not with me on Wed 13th. I chose Your Stylish Home because of delivery speed but alas this was sadly lacking despite fast tracking

Fabulous full length and interlined curtains. Perfect in every way - gathered, with hooks already in, heavy and elegant. They came out of packaging without a crease and all we had to do was hang them on the pole already waiting for them. Thank you once again, Your Stylish Home!
