it was very easy to install following…
it was very easy to install following the instruction booklet and within less than half an hour. i am very pleased with the silent operation. i have not used the remote that came with it but synchronised the blind with my existing solar controller for the velux window. for this you reset the button on the blind and then it can be synced to your existent controller.

Good website and access to excellent range of fabrics and products
Easy to navigate website and access to a wide range of high end fabrics. Cushion was well made and in a very reasonable timeframe. Would have liked to be given a rough idea of time it would take between order being placed and delivery hence reduction of one star!

Remote Solar power Velux Blinds
I ordered & paid for two remote operated Velux solar powered blackout blinds from Your Stylish Home, the website delivery time was expected to be 4-5 weeks. The date came and went and I contacted customer services - informed me that due to Brexit, it would now be delivered in 12 weeks! Annoyed they didn't contact me with update. I loved the blinds when they finally arrived, fairly easy to install; time will tell if they are a good buy and the solar batteries/mechanics have a long life..

Price match "Guarantee". Not guaranteed
Their website states a price match guarantee. Phoned up to discuss this as I found the exact same wallpaper elsewhere, but cheaper. They phoned back a few hours later to explain that they would not be honouring their "guarantee" because the price difference was too much. So not a guarantee at all then. Definitely false advertising. Using this logic, they could just decide to stop accepting returns because it doesn't suit them.

A very happy buyer!
Transaction was very smooth, good comms from the seller and my paint arrived within 48hrs, all the better for being free p&p of course. This was my first time ordering from Your Stylish Home. Initially I was a little sceptical as I was ordering a fairly expensive paper with 10% off my first order - seemed too good to be true tbh. I called their (excellent 5*) customer service to check things out. They were both friendly and professional and answered all my queries. 48hrs later my goods (with 10% off) arrived. When I called again a fortnight later because I’d lost all my details and needed another roll they sorted everything out again with utmost efficiently. Again a batch matched roll arrive well within 48hrs. In short, I could not recommend these guys enough.
