Expensive cushion covers!
This is the second cushion cover in the same fabric whichI have ordered and received. The quality of the fabric and general construction is fairly good but one cushion cover has a beige zip and the other a black zip which I’m not very happy about as the background fabric colour for both cushions is navy. At around £40.00 per cover I would have expected a navy zip!

Hidden costs for special adhesive
Wallpaper was delivered but didn't read enough of the product details online to see that a special adhesive has to be applied (though it falls into their Recommended section and not a requirement) - yet decorator didn't feel comfortable applying it without it. So had to pay a rush charge to get this to me in a couple of days. Not really worth it and experience left me out of pocket.

Just to confirm that the recommended paste is also on the same page as the wallpaper plus as soon as you put the wallpaper in the basket you would have also seen the pop-up that shows the recommended paste again for your chosen wallpaper.
In the description of this wallpaper it also mentions the paste.
However, as you have already mentioned that you 'didn't read enough of the product details online' and saw it was 'recommended' it clearly isn't hidden.
The paste does fall into recommended because it's the brands recommendation, it's not a requirement as you or your decorator may already have it or something suitable.
We are an independent family owned UK business that really cares about our customer experience and I'm sorry if you feel there was some other way we could have made the recommended paste clearer for you.

I bought some scion wallpaper which looks absolutely amazing but unfortunately didn’t buy quite enough, I contacted your stylish home by the chat function and had a response straight away. The lady was incredibly helpful and luckily the correct batch number was still available and I was able to order immediately. The paper arrived the very next day! Consistently excellent
We’ve used this company for several sets of curtains and the workmanship and communication during the process is always excellent. Always feel thrilled when I catch sight of the drapes as they’re so beautiful. The guides to measurement and ordering are also very clear and reassuring.

Amazing Service
I ordered a pole and fittings at about lunchtime on Monday. By 9.30 on Tuesday morning, a courier had delivered a small box and a very long tube. Astonishing service in the current climate. The items are of excellent quality and were fitted easily. I shopped around before ordering and found the best prices, as well as ease and flexibility of selection here.
