Very disappointed with this company. Bought a Xmas gift. Still waiting to receive it. Wrote countless emails demanding full refund and even though they replied promptly problem not solved. Essentially missed Xmas and it’s now 02/01/2026. Paid €38.41 and refunded me €6.95 for shipping. Not good enough. Want full refund.

Horrible. Wanted to change the expedition address right after my order (like two minutes after). The person from the chat just closed the conversation without any reason so i couldn't do it (i just misswrote one word). Two days after i received an email to tell me that is too late, no , the parcel is already on the way... And no possibility to refund if it doesn't arrive ofc... These ppl are just scamming intentionally. Be careful with that website

Misleading Delivery Times. Product pages will tell you next day if ordered by a certain time, pay for express UPS shipping and the actual delivery date is estimated between 4-6 days.
Edit: product finally arrived, plastic bag containing 500 puzzle pieces was ripped open, waiting to see if any are missing. Otherwise great packaging

Mugs arrived in pieces.
I ordered three mugs with a personalised photo on them. They arrived late and all broken in pieces. I’m now waiting to get a full refund but they said they don’t do refunds only credit notes. So far it has not been a good experience and I would not recommend Your Surprise. Unfortunately I can’t email them as their support email address is not working.
Just an update on my experience. They sent out another set of mugs but unfortunately they were broken too but they were very apologetic and gave me a full refund so I was happy with that. A good company with lovely personalised products but just unfortunate with their packaging and delivery service.

The website was very user friendly. It was just so easy to navigate and upload photos and change text. I was kept informed by email everytime the order status changed. Delivery was very quick and when the order arrived it was packed securely to ensure no damage to the items. The printing was exactly as I'd expected. They sent the wrong surprise package! Totally disappointed. Talked to their online chatbot, where they apologized and told me they will send me a voucher, which I haven’t received till date! Only upside here, their deliveries are extremely fast!
