Was looking into buying flights with a different company and went to find some reviews of them online and found Trust Pilot.

The reviews of that company on here were shocking so I looked for the highest rated air travel company on Trust Pilot and it was Your Travel.

Excellent level of service, really helpful and polite, not pushy at all. Great to have such good service over the phone. Really happy I went with them.

I initially only dealt with Sam at YourTravel who is an incredibly helpful and knowledgable agent able to provide adaptive advice based on what I was after as well as tons of recommendations for pretty much all the destinations I've displayed interest in.
Recently I've had the pleasure of dealing with some of his colleagues, and I've come to realise it's not just Sam who offers this prestigious standard I've become accustom to. I would highly recommend Your Travel, Richard Moss was brilliant. My husband and I had a hotel in mind that we wanted to go to in Fujairah (flight into Dubai). Richard managed to source excellent flight and hotel rates for us.

We'd had previous issues with a transfer from hotel to airport in the Middle East, where we were not supplied with a child seat for our young son (booked with another travel agent). I explained the situation to Richard and he went out of his way to ensure we had a car seat for our son on both transfers. His personal service was second to none and we will definitely be booking our next holiday with Your Travel.
