Beautiful dresses
I have ordered many dresses (3 or 4) for weddings from Yumi. Never disappointed and always received lots of compliments on how beautiful the dresses look. Excellent quality and sizes are accuate. Great prices too.

Refund on returns not made yet
I returned the items I didn’t want. Royal Mail says it arrived with them on 11th August and I still have not received a refund

Yumi has a great customer service
Yumi has a great customer service. My package was delivered promptly and I was refunded postage, as discount code they sent me offered free delivery, but I have already ordered.
Unfortunately items were too large and fabric not quite to my expectations.
I have sent the items back, free of charge. I know it takes longer to receive the refund, but I had to contact Yumi, as 10 working days passed. They replied very promptly asking for proof od return and telling me I should receive the refund in 3-5 working days. I got it in 3 working days. However I overlooked £2.50 fee which was deducted from refund sum.

OK, but I expected better for the price
OK, delivery arrived quickly, but dress arrived very crumpled and creased, so it's hard to see how much I like it and if I want to keep it without ironing, which of course would then risk it not being returnable. And for the price (which was hiked up by expensive postage and some sort of package insurance which seemed to be non-optional), the fabric quality was disappointing, cheap feeling and like it will gather static.
