Horribly inaccurate sizing beware

First off, I read reviews after I ordered and went and purchased an official one from shop NFL immediately after reading the reviews about this custom jersey site.

3 reasons.
one no customer service, no returns and the delayed time to get to me.

The good. It’s a legit nfl jaguars jersey.
It seems to be well made, stitching, color and accuracy on the look. Accurate custom name and correct number.

The bad…
I ordered this for a gift with a size at XXL. The size says XXL, but what I received is a medium sized jersey. Maybe a woman’s large. It is extremely miss sized. Thankfully I spent the money and bought directly from the NFL site afterwards. I’m guessing since its coming from China that it is XXL to them. That alone I would never order from them again. The sizes are not in the slightest accurate. No way of telling what you will get. Just don’t do it.

It took about a month and a half to receive. It was delivered though. Was it a waste of money yes. Is it a waste if you just wanna hang a jersey or frame one no. It’s looks legit, fells legit and is well made. Other than that I’d steer clear and just spend the extra money and order from a reputable site.

Be careful of who the shipper is.

I ordered an item, only $12 value, but I still wanted it. The order page through ebay showed "standard shipping" (free). The last date for expected arrival was October 8. The package did not arrive. I was reasonably patient. I waited several more days & then inquired with the Seller which shipped the package via YUNEXPRESS. I got a typical apology from the Seller who stated the item was transferred to GOFOEXPRESS & they would contact "GOFO" & ask them to check on the shipping of the item. "Gofo" replied that they would not ship to the address provided (the address is a proper business address on file with ebay & used for over a year). This was certainly peculiar; I also told the Seller that the address was a good address. I waited a few more days & then let ebay know what was happening & requested a refund. I got a good response from ebay & received a refund a few days later. I also found on Trust Pilot that YUNEXPRESS & GOFOEXPRESS both have poor ratings as delivery services. I recommend that when the order page shows "standard shipping" or "economy shipping" without specifying "USPS" or UPS or FEDEX, inquire with the Seller as to who the shipper will be. Over a year ago I lost a $50 item when BLUECARE EXPRESS was used & delivery was negligent. Buyer beware about WHAT delivery service will be USED.

Poor service, no notifications of delivery.

Although the goods had arrived in Victoria, it still took 5 days after that to be delivered. When the parcel was out for delivery I had no notifications or emails sent, nor when it was delivered. They just chucked it over the fence and hadn’t rung the bell

No stars will be more suited to this…

No stars will be more suited to this absolutely abysmal company! Two days running they told me my item was to be delivered, finally tracking stated it had been left behind a bin by my house. My house is on a public footpath and it must have been in clear view so it was stolen? Or wrong house? They did not knock to attempt delivery. Outrageous - I will never purchase from a seller who uses this company again.

I've had a couple orders from Popmart…

I've had a couple orders from Popmart that were supposed to be shipped by yunexpress neither one of my packages arrived. The tracking shows that they arrived at the Chino California location and never got updated. I am currently working with Popmart for refunds. Do Not order from Popmart until they change there carrier service your items will be stolen.

Package late

My package was supposed to be here last week. Now says it will be here today yet tracking has not changed since customs. It’s a Halloween costume for my step-son. With Halloween just a couple days away, and so many bad reviews of this company, I’m not confident it’ll be here on time.

My husband ordered some bags for me for my birthday and when I received them, they were very poorly made so I called to try to get info to send them back but because I didn't have the order number on hand, I was hung up on twice. Shotty products+terrible customer service. I will never ask my husband to order from them again

Yun express is absolute garbage

Countless times I've ordered packages from over seas and had the horrid chance of getting yun express as my first delivery company before it hits the United States and they definitely take their sweet time, their tracking information does not update for shit. How is something I ordered over 2 weeks ago not here yet and still doesn't even say its in the freaking united states by now? Many items ordered from shein come from over seas and have to go through customs in LA and that takes a few days yes thats fine i expect that but they still show up on time or early. My package is supposed to be here tomorrow and im completely in the dark for where it even is or if it has made it to the united states. If you ever see the prospect of having to deal with yun express id advise you and your kids and your grandkids to avoid this company their customer service is ass and according to some reddit users who have worked in their distribution centers they are practically running unpaid slave labor. Someone needs to cancel this company, theres no reason for not having a reliable shipping company around that everyone collectively despises.

Also waiting for a package from YUN Express. I knew I shouldn't have bought an item from "ROOT'd haircare" that said, made in the USA but wasn't from what I see now.
So I guess ALOT of these places like Amazon, Wayfair, Tiktok place or whatever really does not care for the American consumer to look into these scams because these same entities might be in cahoots with them to take hard earned money from Americans.

If I could give negative stars, I would

I want to share my experience with this delivery company, and unfortunately, it’s been terrible. Their drivers have repeatedly left my packages at the wrong address, causing endless frustration. I honestly don’t know what the hiring standards are, but it seems like being able to read addresses and recognize house numbers should be the bare minimum. I’m so tired of walking around the neighborhood trying to track down my packages, knocking on doors, and asking my neighbors if my orders were dropped off with them again. It shouldn’t be this difficult to receive something I’ve paid for. If I had the option to choose a different carrier for my orders, I absolutely would—because after this experience, I’d never use this company again by choice.

This shipping company is the worst!

This shipping company is the worst I have ever seen. They are horrible and I would not recommend this shipping company to anyone!!! I had 2 packages shipped to me by an illiterate seller and a week and half later it is still in transit from 5 states over... It has travelled through each state and is now apparently moving around my state for the last 3 days "on the way" to the same location each time?? Just ridiculous joke of a shipping company.

37 Days and counting

Not sure what the issue is. Order arrived in Seattle for delivery and was then sent to Indiana. It has been 37 days and my order is still not here in Seattle. I asked for a refund, which the company I ordered from will not give. I am told I should not sign for the order and it will be sent back and then they will refund me. I will not have to sign for this package so I'm told I will have to pay shipping to return it, I will not be ordering anything from any company that uses this shipping agent. Worst shipping experience of any purchase I've ever made in my 58 years.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SHIPPING COMPANY

I had a order for enmy markers and it has been 3 MONTHS!!! With no update, no way to contact this company and now the delivery company (17TRACK) is saying “my delivery is expired” because of this unreliable shipping company. By far the worst customer service and shipping I had ever had!! I am staying away from any store that uses these guys as their shipping manufacturers

i ordered my costume on september 26th and it’s saying the package left the courier facility and that’s the only update it’s given me, reading these reviews makes me think it’s not going to actually come anymore.
