Not a trustworthy service

had two different companys use this service and both times i never received my packages and when emailing them i get the run around that it was delivered when they never were. im very tempted to write the BBB and reporting as a fraudulent site

I haven’t had any issues receiving my…

I haven’t had any issues receiving my deliveries (I’ve had maybe 3 or 4) EXCEPT that until they arrive I have no idea if they’re really coming. Shipping does take a little longer and I have NO IDEA where items ship from. The tracking system just looks fake.
Part of the screen is cut off, and there’s really generic information given like “left carrier facility” and “picked up by shipping partner,” but NEVER an actual location of where my package is. Then it just magically arrives one day! I honestly think the tracking info is just made up. Which in my opinion makes them less trustworthy than if they didn’t give tracking info at all.

Why Amazon allows Chinese company's to…

Why Amazon allows Chinese company's to sell on Thier sites knowing that they are going to use a poor carrier to deliver. Impossible to track a item and good luck trying to get a response from company raised with Amazon due to no delivery 🚚 said delivery wound be approx 8days 40 days still no parcel.

Wasting your time.

Ordered something for a friend's birthday a month in advance. Parcel was handed over to Yun Express on the 3rd of September and for 16 DAYS there was no update whatsoever.

On the 20th of September, the parcel was updated to say it arrived at the mainland depot in China. What the **** was it doing for 16 days?????

The estimated delivery was 18-25th September. It is now the 27th, as of writing this review, and tomorrow is Sunday meaning no couriers operate.

Horrendous service, absolutely disgusting.

MY PARCEL HAS BEEN HANDED OVER FOR SHIPMENT ON THE 8TH OF SEPTEMBER AND IT IS NOW A FULL 17DAYS LATER AND ONLY NOW I HAVE UPDATES ON MY TRACKING NR ON THEIR 17TRACK PATHETIC WEBSITE. ON THE 22ND IT SAID DELIVERY IN 2DAYS AND TODAY (2DAYS LATER) IT SAYS DELIVERY IN 4DAYS! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE DELIVERY SERVICE!???? Pretend to Try to Deliver But Don't Actually

Keep on pretending to try to deliver and say I'm not available. I'm working from home at the moment, a few metres from my front door. No-one has come. There's never a photo of the property or anything. Clearly just lying

This is such a terible delivery service!! My first address i prefer, is not accepted by their facility! After i update my address multiple times, address never got updated. Never receive my item! Very poor customer service and delivery !!

Yun Express never deliver they just steal your goods and never contact you.

"The driver failed to deliver due to wrong address, we will contact you and confirm the address"

That was 14 days ago. The address was correct and they have never tried to contact us about the goods. They are basically thieves as they never answer their phone or respond to emails. The will be reported to the police for theft of our goods.

If I can give them zero stars

If I can give them zero stars, I will give zero stars. This is the worst logistic carrier that was ever made. I am definitely going to reach out to these companies that use them because they are making their customers not want to order if they’re using them.

My package left the store on August 11

My package left the store on August 11. And now, on September 9. I still haven't received it. It's supposed to arrive at the latest tomorrow, but the nothing has happened since August 11.

I contacted the carrier, but no response.

I then contacted the store that I bought from, and they are very sorry that the carrier hasn't delivered the package, but they can't even send a new one to me, since it was the last one they had.

It was actually delivered to the wrong address. The photo that the courier took when delivering the package was not my home.

Urgent: Package Delay and Lack of Resolution

My package has been at the Indianapolis facility since August 14, and I have yet to receive any updates regarding its delivery. Despite multiple attempts to get answers, no one seems to know why it hasn’t moved, and I’ve only been told that the issue will be escalated. If there’s no resolution within five days, I’ve been advised to contact the shipper for a refund.

This item was intended as a gift, and I’m deeply disappointed that it hasn’t arrived. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company, as the lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating.

This is the worst delivery service…

This is the worst delivery service ever. Don’t ever order use them , they are unreliable and incompetent . The delivery person left my package my the mailbox boxes in my building, unattended, package was stolen . They had the nerve to say someone sign for it . If ever I’m ordering a package and they gonna use Yunexpress as delivery service, I’m definitely gonna cancel. Do us all a favor and close down your service is horrible #10thumbsdown
