They failed delivery about 6 times! I live in gated community and get a lot of packaging each month from different companies and didn’t have any problems. This guys came day by day to my community, and didn’t even try to call, send messege or email to ask open the gate. Don’t even speak about calling at gate. If i didn’t start checking my package I would never knew about this situation. They don’t send you emails, nothing. But then will blame that they don’t have your number, or apartment number or smth else.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, does not help customers to solve the issue nor do they care about the issue. Company shouldn’t even be in buisnesss. I’ve made personal delivery instructions to them & they still failed to deliver my package how I asked and then explain they will not refund me the money due to my package being stolen because they didn’t follow instructions unacceptable

Stunningly Poor
I made a purchase in California which generally takes 3 days at the most to receive with well known shippers. When I saw “Yun” picking up my package I thought it was a scam. Then realized it was a third party service. This is by miles the slowest and worst experience I have ever encountered. Zero stars. Avoid “Yun” at all costs.

If i could give them zero stars i would. I ordered something a month ago and it’s still stuck in transit with zero updates. I’ve emailed costumer service and nothing. This is honestly the worst shipping company ever. I wish the place i ordered from would have never used this place because now i’m stuck with the gift i needed for someone’s birthday. Worst Delivery Company in the entire world
Wow, iMile Delivery really outdid themselves — I didn’t think it was possible for a delivery company to be this bad. I ordered something over a month ago, and they “promised” (what a joke) it would arrive in 12–14 days. Well, here we are, and my package is still living its best life somewhere in limbo. No updates, no communication, and apparently no clue how to run a business. At this point, I’m convinced they ship items by carrier pigeon… who got lost. iMile is hands down the most unreliable, useless delivery service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
Ordered online - Got here when they said it would
Ordered online, package shipped via Yunexpress. Reviews here worried me, but it arrived in 6 days as promised. The odd part? Tracking said “out for delivery” in Adrian, Ohio—a city that doesn’t exist! It still showed up at my door in Columbus. Turns out Yunexpress handed it off to GOFO Express, and the bad tracking was theirs. Fast delivery, weird experience.

Item "lost in transit."
We ordered an item off of Amazon and Yun Express was the required courier. The package was supposed to arrive in mid July, but by early August we still hadn't received anything, even though the Amazon tracking said the item was "out for delivery." Upon using the actual Yun Express tracking, we saw a message saying "OH no! Your package was lost in transit." Great. We never received any email or text notifying us of this to at least start the process of rectification. Really bad courier service from my experience. Definitely avoid if you can.

This is the WORST delivery service. I ordered a part from ebay and the stated it was coming from Georgia, USA. It stated delivery would be tues to friday. Today is Saturday and I don't have it. My tracking number says my package was out for delivery at 6:33 am from Adrian, Ohio and it would be delivered today. It is now 6:25 pm and no package
I called Yun express customer service. After waiting on the phone over 20 minutes, the person told me it could take another 3 DAYS for delivery. What a crock of crap. Stay away from this company they stink and they lie to you.
Incompetent
Incompetent. I preordered something and the package never arrived. Always saying that their was a failure. Called the given number 3 times, got hung up on once, and gave step by step instructions on how to get to my address from the closest major road. Repeatedly told them that I did not live in a gated community or apt. at all but still failed to get item. I know you can't chose who ends up delivering items when you order and I really wanted this but I would never, ever order anything again if I knew this company was the one delivering. Not worth it.

I placed my dress order with a merchant who uses Yun express as their courier. After reading all the reviews, I expected the package will be loss or never delivered. I was surprised to see my package delivered at my door. So I am going to give them a 5 star.

Never received my product
Never received my product and there is no support not sure if it’s this company, or the company they used to deliver in the states but either way it reflects on them. My item is listed as undeliverable with no access, which is untrue. I think they’ve actually just lost the product. They keep saying they’ll look into it and get back to me which they don’t.

Honestly not even sure this is a real company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Apparently shein uses them for delivery and they're quite incompetent and slow. Definitely hope they shut down soon
