From my original sign up, through to a recent upgrade and the ongoing engineer support, the service has been simply fantastic. Unlike other telecoms firms we have dealt with in the past they are friendly, flexible, reliable and trustworthy.

Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mitch and his colleague came out to us today to replace our old telephone systems to a newer system, they did a great job with minimal affect on the business, our phone lines are non stop so it was important there was as little as possible down time. Both very friendly and professional.

New broadband and phone system set up for our company. Mitch the Chief Engineer arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional. The transition from the company's old system was seamless which is very important to a business. I would highly recommend this company nothing was too much trouble and during the process all was explained clearly.

Terrific service. We moved offices and it was crucial that everything happened, in order, on the day. Mitch was excellent throughout- from planning and advice on the move through to the removal/installation of the system at the new offices. Communication excellent.
Great company to deal with.

Absolutley 5 star service, no doubt about it. We work for a childrens charity in Liverpool, the guys came down and reviewed the building, took note of where everywhere the cameras were going, then came backa few weeks later and just got stuck in. No faffing around, no questions asked, just got the job done with a smile on their face and even took time to get to know myself and our team. Mitch and Andy were professional in every sense of the word, well done guys.

I reached out to Z1 Telecom in July 202, we needed a new telephone system and my preference was a local telephone provider, I'm a lover of person centred businesses. They have proved to be exactly this, I have a point of contact, the service is prompt, and the whole of the company a pleasure to work with. We have recently upgraded our software, of which Mitch attended the office to install and explain, again, a service second to none. More than just satisfied.

As existing customers, we recently received great support from Z1 when we upgraded our business telephone lines. They responded promptly to all our (numerous!) queries while we were investigating telecom solutions and on changeover day the process itself was very smooth with minimal disruption.

Brilliant company very helpful and knowledgeable all new equipment looks the part and works perfectly. the installation process was perfect and seamless with Mitch very happy with the overall package recieved
