Zahal was great! Shipping was a-lot faster than I anticipated. I ordered a brace for a 43x and got every piece needed to make it work! Customer service is friendly and understanding. Just keep in mind the time difference. I will be buying from them again in the future!

Ordered: CAA Micro Roni GEN 4 for Glock pistols G17/19 Brace Stabilizer Conversion Kit.
Zahal staff kept me updated on tracking and delivery.
Once received, My Glock 17 wouldn't fit due to the way it came from the manufacturer. Notified Zahal and within 24 hours I received specific instructions and Video showing me how to make a simple adjustment.

Gun fits perfectly! Works beautifully!! Very Happy Customer!!! Zahl will be my preferred vendor moving forward.

I ordered conversion kit over a week ago haven't received tracking after paying for fastest shipping with tracking and I wrote them 4 times got one reply saying that they were working on getting tracking info only to never write back or respond to my messages I kept messaging them and finally they said that they couldn't find my order and these were in stock and ready to ship when I ordered I just never received my order I would not purchase from this company again but if you are looking for great customer service from a professional company Palmetto State armory got mine to me in less than 5 days with full tracking available and if there is any issues they respond and solve issues in timely manor

Excellent customer service, orders ship immediately and the different products I've bought are of very good quality.
Prices are decent. I just purchased a bolt on elevated picatinny rail for my Recover 20/20 and it arrived after less than a week (from Israel to Norway). I mounted an Aimpoint Comp M4 on it, and that was a little bit too heavy for it, sight picture changed after running a course and firing 4 mags. But for holos and dots it will absolutely do the job. I can definitely recommend Zahal

I am very happy with the service I received. I needed help tracking a part for a G48 that got lost in the delivery chain. I emailed Zahal and they responded promptly. I quickly received the necessary information and was able to locate the part. I will do business with Zahal again.

Overall a excellent transaction. Was a little worried about ordering something from overseas but did some research before ordering and found they were a reputable company. Paid a little extra for tracked shipping and was well worth it. They responded quickly to my emails and kept me updated on purchase and progress. I received this item faster from them to the east coast than I have received items domestically. Recoil Reduction System I purchased is genius and well made. I had an overall good experience with this company. With me being on the east coast and them being halfway around the responses to my emails were impressive and timely. Things they could control they did and thinks they could not control they managed. I appreciate the level of professionalism they showed, even when I became frustrated. Coodles to them..

A lot of people talk about the shipping times, in my case I ordered an ITAR item and any ITAR's have to go through a lot of extra customs/inspections, so I found the shipping time to be perfectly fine. Paid the extra for shipping, which came in handy because processing was very fast even through the holidays.

Item arrived in great condition, was exactly what I wanted and they were the ONLY company with that item in stock (for several months).

Customer Service even worked with me personally to get the item on the website as fast as possible, even though it was showing out of stock.

10/10, would & will buy from them again.
