Great customer service. Had an issue with tracking number. They got on it right away. Received the rail compensator for my cz p10s. Looks good fits well. I'll do another review once I take to the range.

Over the years I have purchased many different products from Zahal, ranging from the yearly Zahal Girls calendars, clothing items, knives through to rifle magazines, torch mounts, grips & slings and many pistol related products & holsters. Each time I have been very impressed with the products and the customer service I have received.

Good communications with order, One item cam via usps, and the other was fedex I believe. It took a little while for me to get my Holster but I can blame that on customs and the fact that my item was shipped from the other side of the world. The free Orpaz mag holder is now my preferred daily ride along.
Over all Im happy with everything.

I have always been totally satisfied with Zahal and their products. I believe "Made in Israel" items are top quality, durable and well worth the shipping time to the USA. They even let me know when items are not available. Zahal is one of the most trusted companies I know. Have ordered here several times and been happy each time. My last order shipped out fast but was in transit longer than expected. I contacted Zahal and they were very responsive, supplied tracking info, and wanted to follow up to make sure the order made it- which it did. Great experience.

I ordered some sig sp2022 tritium sights from this seller. I received my order and the rear sights were great. The front sight not so much. In a totally dark room the front sight was not visible. I contacted the company thru their website but never received a response.

I bought Recover Tactical charging handles for my Glocks, a Zahal M4 IDF sling set, FAB dual picatinny mount not knowing if it will be delivered due to the ongoing security concerns in Israel. But Zahal was able to send my items to the Philippines intact! Thank you Zahal.org!

The team at Zahal were awesome to deal with. After I secured the appropriate documents to import into Australia, the team at Zahal made the transaction seamless. I purchased 4 SCH9 Easy rack kits from Zahal. When the package arrived, there was only 1. I contacted them about the mix up and they assured me they would take care of it. After waiting for the SCH9's
to come in I was informed they were on the way. I received the package and the 3 items were in it. This company went beyond as far as customer service goes. I would HIGHLY recommend them for parts for your weapons. The fit and finish of these items is beyond comparison. Thank you so much ZAHAL. I will be purchasing items again soon.

I ordered two DPM systems for a Glock 19 and CR920. After 18 days of waiting, the tracking showed the item was delivered to a different address in the wrong state. I gave USPS the tracking number I received from Zahal customer service and was advised my shipment was sent to MD instead of Co. I have no idea how my items were sent to a completely random address. After multiple emails, they eventually responded with the items where delivered and signed for by someone else (although to the wrong address). My Items still have not been received and Zahal still have not replied on how they will fix their error.

It's really funny. With everything the nation of Israel has dealt with in recent days, the Zahal team pushed to get my order shipped to the States. The Israelis literally told Iran to pound sand as Zahal was getting my order prepped and sent. I absolutely love this company and I love the people. I'm beyond impressed. Ordered a kit for my glock almost a month ago been asking for tracking number they won't give me one said that it would send my message to management and still have yet to hear back from them. The number they provide for customer service does not work. Customer service is slim to none. At this point I just want a refund if they're not going to give me my item or even let me know where it's at but no one is answering my emails now and just basically getting ghosted do not order from this company I'm pretty sure all the good reviews are actually not real people probably all AI...

My experience with Zahal was excellent. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, from start to finish, while I waited for my package. I received everything I ordered without any issues, and they even included a cool patch as a bonus. Additionally, the product is of high quality and I am very happy with it. I’ve already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I recently purchased the fab defense rubberized. M-lok angle, pointing handle
with support handle combo for my AR pistol with a FRT trigger. The fit to the gun and my hand could not be better. Very comfortable and well built. I will probably put this on the rest of my AR-15's

I ordered the Roni kit for my Glock 17. They communicated grate and let me know what’s going on. I received my order and I couldn’t love my Glock more!

I ordered a KPOS Scout conversion for my Sig. The first one got lost in the mail. After an email, there was a new one at my doorstep very quickly! GREAT people to do business with The CEO actually made a video for me on how to install my Sig into the conversion!! Will ABSOLUTELY do business with them again.

Ordered a Sight for my 941PFL, can't wait to test it at the range coming weekend.
