I rate zahal 5 star although my item arrived late almost 3 months later, the staff made it possible to deliver my item in an unpresented situation of events in Israel. Thank you amd may you all be safe and peace be with you all.

They had what I wanted and the price including shipping was fair given the product and distance it was being shipped for a spring kit upgrade for FN FNX45. Was a little hiccup in shipping but reached out and got a very prompt reply and the item arrived a couple days later. You cant ask for better customer service...things happen and it is how you respond that matters. Will definitely use them again for hard to find items.

The products are exactly as described and considering how far away they come from shipping times are realistic.
Prices are excellent as are the products. They are simple inexpensive, practical and they work.
They’re pretty cool too. I recently assembled a KISS carbine, somewhat like an older IDF style and with the Zahal sling and attachments it really rocks.

I've purchased mainly apparel and a few small items over the years. Delivery times can be noteworthy because of distances and the routes that packages must travel through from Israel.
Customer service representatives offer advice and tips for the consumers purchases.
Problems or questions about merchandise are answered in a timely means. Replacements for missing items in shipments are sometimes sent.
In my experience, I received unexpected Items.

I have ordered a IDF sling from zahal that was lost in the mail in the US. Zahal quickly offered to either send me a refund or a replacement! I chose to get a replacement and I got it within a few business days! Looks great and more than worth the money. Would recommend anyone to order from zahal.

My shipment was delayed and status showed delivered, no fault of theirs, however they still worked with me to ensure that the product got delivered. This is not the first time I have used them and definitely won’t be the last!

I order 2 items. They only sent 1 item (the cheaper of the 2) then delayed for 30 day. so Paypal would deny claim

I can’t say enough about how amazing Zahal is, truly! I ordered a DPM recoil system for my pistol and even though it had to be shipped internationally to the U.S., it got here super quick! Ordered FAB pistol grip , Canada customs held it for a few weeks but was released . No fault of Zahal , communication was excellent . Grip is good value , ergonomic , great quality .

This company is fraud,i didn't receive the products and i am still waiting to return my money,8 mounts waiting sending emails and nothing

After paying my order on their website I never saw a confirmation page, and I never received a confirmation email, instead I received 3 automated emails telling me my order was not placed and inviting me to pay again. Yet Payment did go through.

I have written 6 emails, directly to their email, replying to their automated emails, and using the contact form on their website, they simply dont reply, I dont know if its intentional or just customer service is not their thing. I have no clue what is going on with my order, its been 10 days, all I know is that the money did go out of my account.

I'll come back to update this review if I get a resolution.

UPDATE: I had to open a case with Paypal, thankfully a paid via Paypal otherwise I think I would have lost my money. They only reply once Paypal intervened, but they never acknowledged all the problems I had, instead they tried to get Paypal to rule on their favor with lies they couldnt proof, but I did had all the evidence so Paypal ruled on my favor and returned all my money. I wouldnt trust them at all, its not just the bad service, its fraudulent intentions.

Order palacement is easy and swift handling. I had a minor issue coz of post offices hickup. Zahal took a good catch of it and handle it great
