Over a month and I received nothing, i don't know how they manage shipping but its clearly not a priority when they already got the payment .

I've been a customer of Zahal for a few years now and have never been disappointed with products or service. Recently, I ordered several products and only got one of the ordered items. I shot them a email and was quickly received a response. I didn't realize that all the items weren't mailed from the same location, not a problem everything arrived within a couple of days of each other. Many thanks, I appreciate you, Steve.

So the USPS had my package going in circles for weeks. After calling Zahal they did their best to get it figured out. Unfortunately the package seems to be lost, so they prepared a new one and just before they shipped it out I received my original, two months after order. This was no fault of Zahal and they worked with me to get everything sorted out. Great customer service and products. Wish I could say the same about the USPS, but they're terrible.

Great products, great customer service. Due to recent international events, it was a little slow for it to get out of Israel, and then with Canada Customs adding another chunk of time it took nearly 3 months to get my stuff, but Zahal did everything they could--fast to ship and fast to respond to questions.

I love the creative and innovative products Zahal brings to the marketplace and have been a customer for years. Even if the shipping is a little slower as it is coming all the way from Israel it is worth it. And the Customer Service reps I have communicated with keep it real and have a sense of humor as well.

Milton in customer service was super helpful sorting out a shipment issue (not the company's fault). I ordered the "Kidon" and was really impressed upon receiving it on the build quality and everything about it feels solid and reliable. I can't wait to take this to the range.

Even I waited one month and half, I've granted Zahal with five stars, because the delayed was the Israel Postal Service fault, not Zahal's! Zahal shipped the item very fast, next day if I remember well. Even so, Zahal sent me an e-mail asking for this review and if I didn't receive my order to replay to that e-mail. I did it, and somehow my order started moving. Maybe Zahal was involved in this "refresh". Anyway, I'm very pleased with Zahal, it's not my first experience with them and I never faced any bad experience. Even now, it was not their fault, we have to understand their military/security situation, maybe even lack of personell on all companies. So, five stars from me!

Just received the MCK conversion kit and it didn’t disappoint can’t wait to hit the range! I’d definitely recommend, nice quality easy and quick to install little pricey but it’s worth it. Also great customer service and a good company to deal with!

I have followed Zahal online store since 2020 when I returned to the USA after living in SE Asia for 10 years. I was impressed by the products carried by the store, and found that my firearms collection could be upgraded by those products. Most of my arms are AR platform, and I was impressed that a lot of your items are used by Israeli military and I.D.F. Being retired military, I know what an item has to do to be accepted by a military force. Your selection and price point are excellent, shipping is great, and customer service top notch. Having recently acquired a H&K P30 SW, the two holsters I have purchased are "just what the doctor ordered". One for the laser and one without, and shipping was spot on. Thank-you
