Great store, exelent products, and great service.

Honestly it was a little sketchy feeling in the beginning just because I never had a tracking number by the time I got a tracking number from them the item had shown up and I ate my words and the item was above and beyond quality of what I thought it might be arrived early customer service is all so helpful as well as understanding they didn't get mad at me for being a little weirded out by the absence of a tracking number I honestly plan on buying some more products from Zahal I recommended it as well to a lot of my friends for some of their needs all in all the only two things that bothered me was the tracking number being absent until the same day that it showed up and the fact that it's a weird time difference whenever you would go to contact them and they had some odd days off but that's just personal preference so definitely a 4.9 out of 5.0 Stars cuz it was such a small thing that was like an issue in my mind cuz when you're ordering gun stuff you want to know where it's at in the mail especially for the prices that sometimes you spend that's my only issue

Good website, quality goods, well packaged!

Great products, great prices and good experience for me.I ordered a few things and one item was not available due to low stock, which I was informed about and they apologised for that. Zahal then gave me various options, one was to wait until stocks arrived in, which worked for me. When the stocks arrived they once again informed me my gear was on its way, which I now have in bonny Scotland. Plus Zahal does a lot for the girls and boys in uniform, which is appreciated. So hit them up have a chat, you really wont be dissapointed

I just recently discovered Zahal's online store about a month ago. I was seriously impressed with the variety and quality of gear available on the site, and you can't beat their prices. Their customer service is excellent, and they go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase/s. Zahal's has won me over, and they've got a customer for life.

After getting in contact with them about getting shipping info I learned my order wasn't listed in the compatible option but I have seen it used with my pistol. After they shared an in office photo of the fit I had them push it to me. Firearm fits the conversion kit as advertised and it arrived before we could communicate tracking info due to the time difference. The 8hr time difference being the roughest part of communication process.

Terrible service, amatuer company, and poor ethics.
The website, at least on android phone, is absolutely terrible. User interface is one of the worst I have seen ever.
Terrible customer service too. I ordered via a call due to the website being trash and service rep consistently lied about prices, availability etc trying to up-sell. Then, once I purchased and sent a copy of my weapon licence they just ignored me, didn't process my order, and when I chased them up a week later claimed they never received my weapon licence. I re-sent it and not had a response yet.
When talking to the service rep I also mentioned the discount code mentioned in their website for May. I was then told that this isn't for Israeli customers and not valid. This is from an Israeli company, in Israel, to an Israeli customer, and during a war where many of us are serving the country and our communities.

I wanted to write this review now but my nightmare with Zahal isn't over as I still haven't received my carbine conversion kit from them. I will update when (if?) it arrives.

As usual, great communication, delivery again was bang on. Quality is second to none and shipping to Scotland was hassle free. 👍

zahal.org provides a lot of army stuff in high quality to a fair price. service and fastness of delivery is absolutely great! the only shortage´s, in my view: to much products seems perpetual "out of stock" and the variety of products is upgradable. (example: judaicawebstore has an "swords of iron"-shirt)

With all the challenges of shipping from overseas , there was constant communication and help. The products arrived well packaged and exactly as described.
I greatly appreciate the efforts from the entire team there.

Shipping time is not their fault. USPS does not give the best updates.
