I placed an order of on t-shirt and 2 IDF slings on 10/24/23 and I have not received the slings as of 4/24/24..

I recently placed an order for Fab Defense sks stock plus other items. Everything was delivered without a hassle. This is honestly a company with quality products and excellent service. Fast international shipping to Canada with no issues. You must know what is allowed in your country though. Everytime I would email zahal with questions I would recieve a response same or next day. These guys are awsome and seems like they are doing everything right. I will definitely be purchasing more from them.

What went wrong you ask? To start with so far, it's been almost one month and Zahal has only ignored my several inquiries, including product questions I asked before purchase. The up-graded shipping & tracking I paid for Mar 25th only shows that "There has been a critical error on this website". WTH? Otherwise, order seems to have vanished into the ether. Needless to say, I'm not impressed. For starters, Zahal needs to learn the importance of communication.

Stay away ! The worst customer service EVER. Took 2 months to get the package and when it finally arrived it was broken and scratchy. Took also over 1 month before they sent the package from Israel. Tryed to cancel the order but they lied and said it was under its way in the mail.. it was not.. one month later they sent it.. have no words other than stay TF away from them and save yourself alot of problems. Also they advertise with free shipping and 10% of on their webpage. Non of that applyed, and the poor made cheap plastic stock for a 10/22 i finally received ended up costing twice the price than here in norway..

Delivery was received by German customs on January 16.
After problems with the declaration, the delivery went back to Israel. According to Zahal, it has been at Israeli customs there since February 7.
Since then nothing has happened and there has been no refund of the purchase price. There are only e-mails saying that everything is so difficult and that Zahal is not a fake store.
