I WILL NOT CHANGE THIS REVEIW UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT!!! I PURCHASED A PRE ORDER RONI KIT FOR HIGH POINT MONTHSSSS AGO! WHICH WAS SET FOR DELIVERY 1/24. EVERYTIME I ASK THEM WHATS GOING ON THEY HAVE SOME TYPE OF EXCUSE! MIND YOU I PAID OVER 200 DOLLARS FOR THIS PRODUCT. IF I NEVER CHANGE THIS REVEIW ITS BECAUSE THEY STOLE THAT MONEY AND CANT BE TRUSTED ! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered the kidon conversion kit . Even though it took longer than I expected to receive the order the staff/customer service team kept me updated to the delays every time I inquired about the order. I understood the complications of what I had ordered and they were very professional and timely. When the product arrived today it was as expected, good quality product .Will definitely consider buying from them in the future. Again awesome product. Thanks guys

I made 2 orders within a couple of days of each other and they happily sold me the items and took my money, only issue was they didn't have them actually in stock. I got a tracking number for both and both said picked up a couple of days later, even though they had not received the stock to ship yet. I had to keep emailing every couple of weeks for updates because they didn't seem to be too worried about it after they got the money. I ended up sending over a dozen emails before my first package was finally sent. Weeks later after more emails, they finally sent the second item. Really good products and great prices but their customer service is not that great at all. I should not have had to keep emailing them every week or so for an update. Will probably buy from again but have to have the expectation of anything taking possibly months to arrive and will need to be constantly followed up.

Slow shipping with no explanation beyond a delay in printing.

Paid for an order. Did not ship and I wasn’t even notified until I sent a bunch of emails. 16 days later still haven’t received my package. I had to cancel the order. Still not sure how long or if I will receive my refund. Very poor customer service and I won’t be buying anything from Zahal anymore. Use to be my go to place for gears. Never again 👎🏼

Outstanding! Honest and trustworthy company!

I have been ordering from ZAHAL on and off for years. This year my brother and I each ordered a Masada Bulletproof Backpack and two Type III+ Ceramic Armor Ballistic Plate. It took four weeks, the Ceramic Armor were of current use. With what's going on in the world, four weeks is quick, I think. The Bulletproof is very light and very comfortable to wear.
The quality is 1A.
The Bundeswehr's SK4 protective vest is much heavier, it uses steel plates instead of the much lighter ceramic plates. Of course the BW is purely a combat vest and not quite comparable to MASADA if I had the choice
Back to ZAHAL, the products (RONI etc.) that I have ordered there so far are perfect and at a good price.
I can only recommend ZAHAL and I will continue to buy there.
Or rather, I bought something again...
Professionals through and through.

Requested refund from CC because of non shipping and lack of information on why after 19 days requesting a pickup from postal service item has not shipped.

I never received my order and can not contact.

I'm a repeat customer and I will keep buying from them as my needs dictate. They ship quickly, and are attentive to any questions or concerns that I may have. The items they offer for sale are top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable, too.

I wouldn’t buy from this company anytime soon. I don’t know if it’s because of the conflict but my last two orders I have never received. I’ved orders in the past many times with no problems but like I said my last two orders or lost somewhere in yhr matrix. Try contract them with no successes.

Year after year, order after order, Zahal always delivered with precision and care.

Costumer service is top notch, always fast and available.

It is one of the most "consistent good experience" You can have shopping online...

I am very satisfied to have received material that perfectly meets the standards you propose. Sometimes in Italy the material sent by post is subject to customs control and therefore, for example, the purchase of ballistic products such as "rigid plates" is not always permitted. Shipments by post are also slow and sometimes they lose something along the way... at least here in Italy.
