I found a scrap on my front fender that wasn't there before I parked there. I didn't see it until 2 days later when I washed my car. Can't say it happened there since I did go shopping after I was home.
The drivers were very nice & helpful with our luggage.

We arrived very early for our outbound flight, and check-in was quick and easy Our return flight came in two hours later (12:30am), yet the driver was courteous and the van accomodated us comfortably! We are repeat customers and plan on using Z Airport Parking for our future flights!

Pricing was misleading
Pricing was misleading. I stayed for 98 hours but paid for 120 hrs. I thought it was pro-rated. Customer service wasn't able to help.

Z parking was fantastic
Z parking was fantastic. My husband forgot his phone in the car and we didn't realize it until we went through TSA. I called the Z parking desk. They had the shuttle driver deliver the phone to us outside where he had dropped us off. It was all accomplished so quickly that we had plenty of time to go back through the TSA line again and still make our flight!
