Used zparking a few weeks back
Used zparking a few weeks back. Have used many times before with great experience. This time I paid for car wash and vac. When we returned to get car it was covered in pollen and swirls from washing. Inside was done ok not as good as in the past. Emailed several times about it and to this date haven't received a response.

I love Z parking but…
I love Z parking But at our last visit I scheduled a full detail on our car. Not sure about the outside(pollen all over but I understand), the inside was not done. I’ve contacted office three times and I have not heard back.

The service was excellent up until the time I picked up my car. I had lost my wallet in the city where my flight originated, so I had no ID or credit cards. The agent would not accept cash payment. If it had not been for another customer who was willing to put my charges on his credit card, I don't know what I would have done.

I have used Z parking about 4 times…
I have used Z parking about 4 times recently and each time am super happy. People answer the phones!!! and are extremely friendly. How much more do you need. My vehicle has never been touched and the shuttle magically appears as fast as I call. I will continue to use. Thank you!!

This was my first time using any private, off-site parking. Everything about the experience was great. It was easy to find a parking spot, and the shuttle van was ready to go as soon as I arrived. The driver was courteous and helpful. The return trip was just as easy.
