When I arrived at the gate and scanning my code, the gate wouldn't go up after several tries. Thankfully the Zairport driver came up behind me and tried to help, but to no avail. Then someone else came over after seeing my problem. I was so grateful. I was stressing out. I also appreciate the Shuttle driver carrying my bag on and off for me, and dropping me off at my Airline door. I recommend Zee's to family and friends who are traveling!
